I came in this morning frantic because my phone had broken and I am going on vacation at 4am tomorrow. Nick was calm and helped me troubleshoot what was happening, and came up with multiple options as solutions. I am now ready for my trip and stress free! Excellent, attentive customer service with friendly staff. I havent been happier to be an AT&T customer.

Told me my phone would be in my hands within 24 hrs. Will receive my phone tomorrow exactly one week. They also told me no other att stores near had iphone6 in stock. I picked up one yesterday in Roseville. They work on commission and dont have ur best interest...go to the other att location folsom.

The reps are amazing! The service is top notch and they are very knowledgable about their products and services. I would never go to the corporate store on bidwell after shopping with these guys. I signed up for Uverse from these guys and I friggin love it!
