I damaged my phone and got a replacement, therefore I needed to transfer all of my contacts, images, apps , etc . Im not very teach savy, therefore I went into the store to ask them if they can do it for me. As soon as Iasked them, " oh, just downloaded the app and you can do it by yourself" . After telling him I was aware of that, but that I needed some assistance, he then again repeated " well its better if you just do it yourself, these thing can take pretty long and you can do it at home" again , after the back and forth, he said " ok well I can just get you started in here and then you can go, it will keep transferring the files " . I was starting to feel like they didnt even want to bother with me, so I said ,sure that would be fine. Turns out it only took 10 minutes and in the meantime I asked him a few questions, and the responses were full of " I dont know" and didnt seem to care. The responses he did know, he would answer them in a very rude manner . And at some point I felt like I was being lectured because he thought I had too many photos on my phone ! The entire time I was there I could not help but feel that Stewart wanted me to leave as soon as possible when they clearly werent even busy. This is the first time Ive had encounters here where the employeesender there have a total lack of interest to help me, both on the phone and in person. Poor customer service !

7/3/17 Christopher, the regional director for T-Mobile, contacted me. He apologized on behalf of this store and made it right. This is exactly the kind of customer service you want, but rarely ever see anymore. Id give him 5+ stars if I could, but this review is for the store, so I can only go up to 3. 6/25/17 I purchased a new Galaxy S8 yesterday from this store. I had to decide between an unlocked version from Best Buy ($100 off promotion) or whatever promotion T-Mobile was running. I was sold on being able to purchase a $250 Samsung 360 degree Gear camera for only $49. I registered for the promotion the same day, and the next morning was notified by email that the promotion was already over. So, essentially, they used an expired promotion to get my business, and then wouldnt honor it. I was told that it was a Samsung promotion, and theres nothing they could do. They only showed me the physical camera and gave me the in-store flier that shouldnt even still be available. My only option is to return a phone that I spent the day getting set up. Anyone ever get a new phone? How long did it take you to set up and make "yours" again? So, I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow, and small claims court thereafter if I cant get satisfaction. This is not only pretty unethical, but Im pretty sure this borders on criminal?

These guys working at this store are rude. I walked in and had to wait for a long time to get help. Then one of the sale rep was done, he helped the next customer coming after me, totally neglected me. THEN after 5 addl minutes of wait, I finally got "HELP". Tthe sale rep guy kept on staring at me when I asked questions. He was very rude, impatient and very unfriendly. The whole time we talked, he tried to move his chair from one location to the next. Can he not save that for later and at least pay attention to what his customer needs for the moment?. I would never go back to the store again. They need to be trained on better customer service ... Terrible sales reps!!!

bad reps with racist attitude. Screw them. Will never set foot at this store. Wanted to replace daughters iphone 5 with iphone 6plus, and my own phone to galaxy s6 esge. Rep had nasty attitude about product availibilty and was doing me a favour by telling me a lie, even when his associate a colored guy tried to correct him. Must be the owners son or else at any otrher work place he would have been shoved with a boot up his.. have sent an email to T mobile corporate. Lets see what they do about it.

Tmobile in folsom, the best customer service Ive ever received from a cell phone shop! Everyone there knows what their talking about, their honest and they are verry patient. I upgraded to a smart phone from a razar and the rep didnt let me leave until I was able to comfterably use my new phone. The best customer service ever! PS Im trying to recruit 3 of thoes employees to work for me, talk about good business :)

Non friendly sales rep!! laid back attitude with very little tech knowledge, bunch of young group,whom are there for the hours to pass by and get a salary. If you like T Mobile stores try to avoid this one, a nightmare for our entire family experience. Hope the manager of it would replace the personal or he/she will be replaced!! Future of it will remain to be determined. Not a pleasurable place!

I had a very bad experience with this store... i spoke to a representative called antony in the store i buy a new i phone 5s.... He was feeling irritated when i ask questions about the phone.Beyond that the T mobile people took 2 days to activate my mobile internet connections after i paid for it.... I prefer to avoid this store next time....

I was helped by a representative named Jason, he was very, very helpful ! I do not know what these other reviews are talking about the reps do not even have chairs to sit on so I do not think they are talking about the same location. I have been to this store multiple times and have always gotten good service. thanks.

Went in there to simply to check out the store the phones and talk to a rep about there plans. The guy that helped me was super nice and straight forward and I didnt feel pushy or anything else. If I switch to T-Mobile I will come shop here.

Unprofessional, no knowledge about the products and services they offer. Ive made multiple trips to this store within days of each other. This retail store doesnt do much good for the T-Mobile name. Very disappointing customer service.

Went there to add a line. The guy ended up removing my number while activating the new line. Cant believe how careless the employee was. Had to call T-Mobile to get my number recovered before it was too late. Never going here again!
