I went in to this store with my mom and brother, to take care of a rather complicated process. I was on an individual plan on contract until November, 2011, my mom was on an individual plan out of contract, and my brother was on a family plan with a person who passed away recently, on contract until December 2010. We wanted to roll all of these lines together into one family plan, while keeping the upgrade eligibility times and contract expiration dates. Although it was a very complex and complicated process, the woman who helped us was VERY helpful and nice, and made the entire process smooth, explaining everything very clearly and without any confusion. She answered all our questions, and got the entire plan setup exactly how we wanted with no issues. Now were saving a massive amount of money per month as compared to before, and my brother can upgrade his phone around August, just like before. The only complaint I had was we were waiting about 10-15 minutes before the service rep got to us, but that was no big deal, and we just played with the phones the whole time.

Set an appointment Sunday afternoon. Was interested in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. So basically here is a rundown of what happened: 1. The employee wasnt very friendly or enthusiastic in helping us. 2. He spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him. 3. There was a person testing a speaker right behind us and blasting it so loud that we couldnt even hear ourselves think. (Testing for a bit is okay, but it doesnt need to be tested at full volume for 5+ minutes without consideration for those around you). 4. Employee showed absolutely no interest whatsoever in gaining our business. 5. After all these things, I told him "its okay were not interested, thanks." Walked out. Never going back again. Verizon you need to work on training your employees to serve customers better, but I guess this is usually what happens when you become such a big company that the customer experience doesnt matter anymore.

The employees really dont care about the customer all they really care about is getting the most money out of the customer. They will make expensive recommendations you dont need then making you come back to return your phones. All of the staff treats this place like a playground paying on phones when you walk in, huddled up in an area socializing. On top of that there can be ridiculous wait times and youd think they would get more staff to meet demand. Finally top management has shown to be more concerned about profits than their own customer satisfaction. You can see all employees seem like they are in alot more pressure than a month ago trying to make sales. Before I leave this post, I would like to also point out how this verizon had even had problems to the point they have security posted there. When I asked what happened inside they told me they were robbed.

Every time I have ever had to go into this store I have been greeted with poor customer service, rude employees and ridiculously long wait times. Today I was in the store for 45 minutes to take advantage of a special they had going on. I was told to go home and order online it would save me money. After going online the computer system wont give me the in store discount that is on special. Obviously they dont want business, or they would have better customer service.

Disastified! Management needs a review in Customer Service 101. Spending over $$$ at the store and hundreds / mo on services should entitle one to some respect especially since I am the customer! This manager is either a product of the bad banking industry or is working on his attorney skills cause he was more interested in making me feel bad than making me happy. Youve been warned...Buy at this store at your own risk!

This store is great for fast transactions that do not include speaking with a customer service representative. The sales associates do not care about the customer and are uninformed and many issues. Depending on the person that helps you the information that is given to you will change. I am very displeased with this particular store and will avoid it like the plague in the future.

I went in to get a copy of my bill. They could only provide the first page. My bill was twice what I expected and asked why when I had not changed any features. The associate said she had no idea and I would have to call the 800#. Really? If I wanted to call an 800#, I would have stayed home. And since when does a company not provide a breakdown of charges on a bill?

I called the store to find out if they carried our style battery for our cell phone. They didnt have it in stock but said their warehouse could ship it to us in 2 business days. Great sales person very efficient. Saved running around from store to store looking for this particular battery. Probably saved at least a gal. of gas!!

I visited this store and they have the most aweful customer service,the staff was not knowledgable i walked away and i was driving home and i saw another verizon location on the miracle mile the address was 2051 pacific ave.i stopped in and got the best customer service i have ever recieved from verizon wireless!
