I normally go to the Verizon store for all my cellular needs, but when my phone died on the way to work one morning, I was desperate to get a new phone. The service rep was nice and very helpful. He was also very convincing. I was up-sold on a new data package that came with an Ellipsis 8. I normally dont buy my electronics without a thorough review, but when I was offered the tablet for basically next to nothing, I took the bait. Little did I know I was just sold a POS or more politely a worthless tablet. The Ellipsis 8 is so slow that internet is practically non-existent and any good app keeps crashing. My suggestion would be to not let the staff at this store con you into any up-sale, they were not honest up front and are pushing off old stock to improve their verizon service sales. Take the drive to Stockton and work with Verizon directly. (Oh, when I called Verizon, they told me that since I went through a dealer, I have to deal with that dealer.)
