I am appalled at the level of service that I just received. Marcus, you need some work. What is going on! I went to my local ATT store to purchase an iPhone. All I wanted was to get a phone and be on my way. I felt like I was being roped into some argumentative, disgruntled workers bad day. Sorry if you have to sell phones, and phones you dont like. Thats all I have to say.

Only because I couldnt give 0 Stars. I was out and out lied to twice by associates at this store!! Then had to spend hours on the phone with AT&T to get some of it fixed. I still have to fix the pre-order of the Note 7 they messed up! It is ridiculous and the worst experience Ive had with any AT&T store in the 10 years I have had them.

Switched recently from Verizon to At&t. Al at this location spent 4.5 hours with us setting up 4 new phones and porting everything. He was amazing and very nice customer service there.
