Worst customers service. I decided to switch from T-Mobil to sprint. When my husband and I switched Sprint "purchased" from us our T-mobil devices. They explained that the credit for our old phones would be on our first bill. From the moment we left the store we experienced dropped calls and shotty service. After 3 days of struggling with bad service we took our devices back and told Sprint that we were unhappy. They told me our original devices had already been sent out and we would receive a check in 3-5 business days. We then returned the phone accessories we purchased when we got our sprint phones only 3 days prior. Mind you we paid cash for these. The told us the could not refund us cause they hav3 to keep a certain amount of cash in the till. They said they would process the refund and Corporate would issue a refund check. Two months later I have visited this location at least 5 times which is 20 minutes for my house each way and spent 1-2 hours at the location each visit trying to get this resolved. I have also spent countless hours on the phone with Sprint trying to get my refund. They just transfer you around and then ultimately disconnect you. Two months later they still have not issued my refund. Now they are saying the buy back program will only pay you if you stay with Sprint for two billing cycles. So they dont have my devices to give back and they are refusing to pay me for them because I was unhappy with their service. So they basically stole my devices and accessories. I mean thats what taking things from someone with agreement to pay and then refusing to pay is. Sprint is a company of crooks and liners. They will promis you anything to get your business and then take you for everything they can. Worst business Ive ever felt with. Enter into business with Sprint at your own risk.

Wow, this Sprint store is unbelievable: for one, they need more reps as I came in at noon today and had to wait 40 minutes to be helped. A rep approached me 5 minutes after I came in, asked what I needed help with, then told me to wait as he was busy helping another customer; ~40 minutes later (!) a manager comes out from their office and tells me he cannot help me and I have to go their corporate store in Sacramento. I couldnt believe that - their rep initially told me they can help, but 40 minutes later Im told to drive 30 minutes to another location that offers tech support. I came in because Sprints new I-phone 6s has horrible internet and wireless service. I called in to Sprints "tech help line" to get help before, they couldnt do anything, so I now want to switch to Verizon, as Sprints service is much worse than Ive had with Metro PCS or even Virgin Mobile. This I-phone loses charge within few hours because its constantly searching for service. I switched because of their 50% off promotion - its been a huge disappointment and headache with Sprint.

Me and my wife went into this store a couple days ago and the guy we talked to was the most condescending person in customer we service we have ever come in contact with. Immediately he arrogantly responded to us like we were stupid and answered our questions short. My wife and I have never been so pissed so fast when talking to someone that supposedly is there to help you. My wifes phone was broken and we were looking for options of what to do. After talking to him for 5 minutes he gave us no options and just said wed have to wait for an upgrade. He didnt even want to discuss our options we just walked out before one of us knocked out the little diamond eared dbag. I wish I got his name so we could talk to a manager to rip him a new one. If you come in contact with this dude immediately ask for someone else or just find a different sprint store. I get angry just thinking of how he talked to us.

I have been using sprint for 8 years now. I went into this store like I have done with others and was lied to on multiple levels when I got my new bill I found out how much they changed and had to spend hours and hours on the phone fixing their lies and damage. I WILL NEVER go to this location again and will most likely be leaving sprint for personal and company phones. I am also going to be entering into a lawsuit against sprint regarding this false contract and store location. For anyone looking to go to sprint I would never go to this store it’s full of nothing but liars and they will scam you. So either pick a different store maybe one with a little bit of morals or a different carrier. If I could give negative stares I would becase poor -fair on a 0 isnt low enough for the scum working there!!!!

The guy that "helped" me at this store was the rudest and most condescending person I have ever spoken to. He would cut me off while I was talking, give me short answers, and talked to me like I was stupid. He does not understand that his role as a customer service representative is to help the customer better understand the services and products provided. I am a very cool headed person, and I had to walk away from him, before I said something I would regret. I am in disbelief that this kid even has a job. He has no social skills or tact. I will go out of my way to avoid ever going to this Sprint store again. Management needs to get rid of him fast in order to avoid the loss of more customers, because he will drive more people away.

I was just in this store 6/2/13 trying to get my cell phone repaired they said it would cost $50 to look at my phone. Then they suggested that it would just be cheaper to get a new phone for $36 and a new 2 year contract. I told them that a new contract is not cheaper the the $50 repair. They proceeded to "check" my phone and told me it had water damage and was repairable. I took it to T-mobile and they repaired my "water damaged" phone in 5 minutes and for $25. There was no water damage at all it was just a simple reset that needed to be done. WOW way to go Folsom Sprint....

Calling sprints customer service is awful. Folks in India you can hardly understand. I was paying a TON monthly and tried 3 times to get them to figure out how to reduce my payment. I was ready to leave Sprint regardless of penalties. Went into this store and met "Alisa". She actually listened and figured out how to knock $100 off my monthly bill! She was plain spoken and pleasant. I highly recommend this store if you get her service! She retained me as a customer.

i was there for pick up my phone. i called before going. they were very friendly after getting my calls. When they seen the account was not setup by them..seems their interest level went down right the way and they didnt give me the phone which was already arranged by my in-laws adding to there account. plan waste of time. if they told me before going that i cannot get from them, i wouldnt go there.
