I spent 2 days researching different carriers trying to get away from AT&T, I finally went into this Sprint store. Dennis greeted me once I was inside and I told him I was looking for a family plan with 4 devices needed, 3 of which were smartphones. I had a current statement from AT&T showing my monthly charges (over $210 a month for a 7 gig shared data plan). Dennis asked what kind of phones I was looking for service on. I settled on a quick messing phone, 2 iPhone 6, and 1 iPhone 6 plus. We sat at the counter and he wrote down a couple of data share planes and what they would cost monthly. I settled on the 10 gig data family share plan at a fantastic price. It was such a good price because Dennis asked what my job was and what my wifes job was looking for possible discounts. since my wife was a school principal, we got a very nice price for this 10 gig plan. Once Dennis knew that I was an Android nut, he showed me a LG G4 and a LG companion tablet that links with the G4 phone for the same price as the lone iPhone 6 Plus. After going over this plan with my wife, we took the deal. With the knowledge of all products that Dennis had, I walked out of this Sprint store with 4 phones and a tablet for less monthly charges than AT&T, and we got a better data plan. If youre looking for a better plan with better phones, go talk to Dennis and the gang at the Trinity Parkway Sprint store. They really care about their current and future customers. I feel like part of the family now. Thanks Dennis, Kim, and the rest of the crew at Trinity Pkwy sprint......thanks for everything.

Multiple visits, multiple disappointments. Honestly, if you have to do anything else besides pay a bill, its worth driving as far as Sacramento to get better service than what you will get here. Ive visited this store at minimum 10 times, and every single time there are extra problems, long waits, and the employees blame each other for mistakes and respond defensively to "protect" themselves rather than recognizing their mistake or responsibly taking the blame as being an employee of Sprint. They also promise they will get back to you or communicate with you when they receive updates... and they dont. Ive been told by 3 different employees that they would follow up with me after a visit, and NONE of them did. When I try to call the store, no one answers and I get voicemail, but the voicemail box if full so I cant even leave a message! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I just recently purchased the iPhone 6 from this location and I must say the service and experience was very great. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped out by an employee named Ahshia Anderson. She helped with every question and concern I had about the phone. She helped me compare the device to others to set out the pros and cons of each of them, and she even got me a great service plan! I not only walked out with the phone I wanted and everything I had on my mind answered , but also a tablet with low monthly payments. I must say I would definitely refer a friend to this location.

Had a great experience yesterday! The representative named Josue Villegas and Kim, the store manager were very helpful, they helped us get the phones we wanted, with a great affordable monthly plan. Very pleased with their service!! They make you feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in, their knowledge and customer care made this experience very easy. Thank you both again!! I definitely loved the customer service at this sprint! DJ was the original rep that helped me with the sale I immediately wanted to join after he educated me on the plan and my new phone. Kim assisted him and did a great job at it I was already sold on the phone but that was the cherry on top! I felt so welcomed by the rest of the reps, its almost like they were all there to help me and me only! Definitely will get my referral!

Went in trying to find a new phone got help as soon as we walked in and Dennis ended up helping us find a great deal on a phone plus we got a tablet and some extras that didnt blow a hole in our pockets. Had lots of good info on phones and I believe I ended up with a great deal! Glad we came to this store wasnt busy but it did take a bit of time to get everything transfered over.

Super friendly staff! Relaxed, no pressure sale environment. Dennis was incredible at helping me find a new phone. Kai went the extra mile at replacing my defective phone. Sandra had my replacement phone up and runing within minutes. Best service Ive ever gotten in all my years of owning any phone!

Ms.Guzman was very helpful and her customer sevice was excellent. I would recommend a lot of people to come to this store because of their excellent service. On my initial visit to the store Ms.Dockery was helpful despite how busy they were.

Came in cause my phone screen went black. DJ helped me. They couldnt fix my phone but i was eligible for an upgrade and he got me hooked up with a new and better phone! Go see DJ!
