They are horrible!!! We waited over an hour, not once did the 2 girls working apologize or tried to make eye contact to acknowledge that we were there. Meghan told the guy she was helping "are you sure you want me to help you? Last time you didnt want me but you preferred Erin" the guy had been waiting for over an hour so Im sure he didnt care who helped him! When I was looking at a phone I touch it the alarm went off and she said "just dont touch it!" like if it was a little kid grabbing everything!!! So rude and uncalled for! The person that seemed to be the manager did the same thing, he came out 3 times from the back and did not even engaged, asked to help nor provided an apology for the long delayed. I wish these people were better trained if thats too much to ask at least hire people with customer service skills. Is that too much to ask?? People that work at the metro store have better attitudes. I would never hire those 3 people, sorry I couldnt even get the managers name but he was not around enough to even see a name tag...please dont waste your time here. You will be better off driving to the real store.

Walk in wanting to possibly change carriers and was greeted with smiling faces asking how they could help. They asked me what my needs were and walked me through what they had to offer and explained everything in detail. I was pleasantly surprise at what they had to offer and signed myself and my daughter up on the spot. Jose and his staff were awesome to work with and made me feel at ease with my decision to switch carriers. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was completely blown away with the service I recieved from the two ladies at this location I believe their names were "Erin" and "Natalie" forgive if I spelled or messed the names up but I came in to get a replacement charger for my S8+ and they were all out but they went above normal expectations and found the reaources to get me a charger. I was in and out very quickly. Gratitude to them I hope they are recognized for there service by Sprint.

Wish there was less than 1 Star, because they dont deserve even one star. This place used to be great; very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Not any more. One sales rep was on her phone (texting, snap-chatting...Im not sure) while providing me with unintelligent and incorrect answers to my questions. Worse customer service than the DMV!

Jynia has been really helpful and patient. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel that you are going to have no problems with your new devices after setting them up. She looks for the best deal for you and makes sure that everything is correctly done before letting you go from the Sprint Store. Thanx!

Came to this store on Sunday 6/26/16 and was waiting for them to open at 11am as posted. Nobody was there. I waited from around 10:30am until 11:05am. no sign of any employees even 5 minutes after they were supposed to open. I guess they just dont open on time here or make up their own hours.

i went into the Sprint store today and they were very helpful. Natalie & Jose were quick with my upgrade and answered all my questions. helped me set up my new phone exactly how i wanted it. This store is going to be the store i always come to for now on.

Kathy and Beth are gone now. This place has nothing but worthless D-BAGS now! Good luck finding another Sprint store that had the customer service those girls offered. I really hope they start up their own place or get back into the industry.
