I am very disappointed with all of the staff at Sprint of Lodi. I asked for a military discount since my husband is Active duty and the one paying for our phone bills, and Jonathan at Sprint of Lodi did not want to give me a discount even though I have my Military I.D. He said that since I was upgrading my husbands phone and adding a new line, I was already saving deals. I dont know how paying over 200 a month for three phones and an iPad with no discounts previously applied calls for deals. I have been a customer of Sprint for over five years and it is disappointing to know Sprint of Lodi does not honor their local Military families with a discount which the company advertises online. Very disappointed, especially when all of the Sprint staff overheard me ask for my Military discount and they all did not speak up. Jonathan was more concerned about selling me every item in the store than granting me our discount and saving us a little bit of money each month. Is this how all Sprint stores teach their employees to act - To only care about how much inventory they can sell instead of honoring their advertised discounts and great customer service? Oh, and my mother and I could not even get a single bar of cell phone service in the Sprint store. How ridiculous is that????

Sprint has all the requirements to be one of the worst cellphone companies in the U.S.A. But specifically talking about this store the waiting time to be attended is insanely long as all the sprint stores I been visiting lately I saw around 6 workers 4 of them just sitting down and probably doing nothing and only 2 of them helping people. We had to wait more than one hour to be attended just to be told by a technician that they dont have loan phones and that they dont have any obligation with the customer to get them a phone while in repair service, they basically do it for courtesy. Shame on you sprint and all of your horrible technicians We will have to wait 3 to 5 days to get our phone fixed and back to our hands Are you kidding me sprint? This is how you want to get more customers in your network? That aint gonna happened, this company needs to learn a lesson Did I mention that the employees at this place are also very slow

Just went to this sprint store we have 4 phones that needed looked at all 4 phones did not have a Crack or scratch on them when we dropped them off and was told 2and a half hour wait went back to get them and was told nothing was wrong with them and when we asked how the back of got cracked the girl with the black and purple hair said it was cracked and called my son a liar to his face . This store we were told to go to by a sprint technical support because we would be treated better then any other sprint store would treat us. Yeah right that was a slap in the face!!!

530 on a Tuesday night and seven people working inside this store. Only 2 people can be helped. Because most employees are busy doing nothing. Im only trying to turn in my old phone.
