Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were happy to explain any products were were interested in and let my husband sample some things. The products are really nice - pricey, but interesting, effective, and they smell great. This is a really fun store to visit.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. They explain products then step away to let you continue browsing without then hovering around you. The store is small so it can start to feel crowded on busy days.

Personally I dont think its a pricey store at all. For what it is (handmade, vegan, no animal testing, etc) the prices are where I would expect. I love this store and come here all the time for gifts!

One of my favorite Lush stores, staff is always nice and I always stop by when I visit carmel. Its a bit pricey if youve never been to a Lush store but its all ethical stuff and its worth the price!
