Consistently the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an Ulta. Ive been going here for about a year now. DEBBIE is AMAZING with eyebrows -- this is the only reason I come. Check out Debbie at the brow bar! My good friend had a terrible waxing experience elsewhere (they took part of her eyebrow off--a nightmare!) and I recommended she go to Debbie for a fix. Debbie miraculously fixed my friends eyebrow! Debbie also did my waxing for my wedding and I could not stop getting compliments on my brows. Debbie has Beverly Hills skills and were lucky shes so affordable at Ulta right now--thats a rare find. She also has great beauty tips in general from hair, skin, makeup, everything and is excellent at what she does. Ive been waxing/threading my brows for over 10 years and Debbie is just the best. This ULTA, however, is horrible--1 star. Every time I call Im put on hold for at least 10-20 min and am often hung up on after that or they just dont answer at all. Im constantly transferred and its a nightmare trying to get a hold of them to reschedule anything. The only reason I come here is because of amazing Debbie.

This place has the worst customer service ive ever received at an ulta. I called for a simple inquiry about what type of fashion colors they have. I was put on hold for 10 minuets just to be told that none of the stylist dont come in till 3:30...i call back around 5 giving them ample time, and they put me on hold for another 10 minuets. I ask again what fashion colors they had, she didnt know what fashion colors were...i was put on hold ONE more time for only 3 minuets about, heres the kicker. I was hung up on.. Im furious at this point. I call back one last time and immediately ask for the manager, put on hold, 5 mins speak to THE SAME girl that hung up on me. She said it was not her and she had JUST got to work....okay. she finally told me they were out of the color i needed and i hung up. I have no idea how they are in person and cant rate their services in house but if its anything like their customer service, i would not spend one dime there.

Nice location. But dont waste your money on a color job in the salon. Its not the stylist but the products they use. After bleaching parts of my hair there was still so much warmth in it lots of orange and red. I asked for ash. Stylist tried to fix with a toner it came out slight ashy and then disappeared after first wash (Im using safe color shampoo) first time I ever experienced this at a salon. Dont throw your money down the drain, you wont get what your looking for. My bet is the cheap products they use. I never experienced this in my life and I wont be going back. Wish I could get a refund.

If you want great eyebrows, be sure to stop by and see Debbie at the benefit bar brow! Also miss Kiana is a great help. She is the prestige manager. If you need help on how to put on makeup or what certain products are used for she could definitely be of assistance.

Seems like they offer too much for the space--feels cramped and difficult to navigate. Helpful folks however make it easier to find what youre looking for, if they carry it, which sometimes they dont compared to competitors.

All the necessary makeup. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Even the security guards face was beat. Also, I lost my phone here and the sweet girl at the counter saved it for me :)
