This was about a year ago I went and the manager was very rude not sure if It is still the same person Now however she said that she couldnt do my eye shadow unless I had an appointment which isnt true because in Monterey all the girls will do your eyeshadow without an appointment its only if you get your whole face done then she said that she could only do one eye if she was going to do anything

I went there to buy makeup and after I used it discovered that person who helped to choose it is not experienced in advising people to select the proper one. In addition to this it is not cheap, waste of money there, better to go to another place with experienced people that help me to choose the proper makeup.
