Been a M.A.C customer for more than 10 years. Love and use M.A.C. foundation, lipsticks and lip gloss. Shopped at M.A.C counters at Macys and Nordstrom and at other stand-alone M.A.C stores. Usually there are at least 3 personable (aka friendly, helpful) people working at a stand-alone store, with one person dedicated to be the "cashier." Surprisingly, this small store location had only one person working here that could only ring me up. Not friendly, cheerful or helpful. I rather shop at the Nordstrom M.A.C. counter at this mall than shop here again.

I always had worst experience here, people pretend to be helpful but they are not. They try to sell something though it doesnt suit your skin tone. I would prefer Nordstrom MAC than this independent store. They are much better and helpful. This store management sucks.
