took my mom here to get a haircut and I liked mine but my moms was horrible. Not at all what she asked for. one side is like an inch longer than the other. her stylist was rude and cut off 5 more inches than she wanted. We went back to try to get it fixed once it grew a little (like a week) and they tried to say she had recut it at home and did that to herself. Why would we cut it uneven. That was just ridiculous. We had a 6pm appointment. they called and told her to come early. Then made her wait for an hour. she complained and wanted her money back and they made her wait another hour. just bad service period!

I have never left that store disappointed with the service that I have received. I have been with verizon forever along with my family members. We have had to use the verizon stroe in San Luis Obispo and the service was terrible. I always tell everyone to go to the hub store because you are the greatest. Whoever your manger is is doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed I was there this week to find a foundation and one of the vendors was like she did not have time to make a swatch to find my shade and when I ask for a sample she did say they dont give samples.I left the place since nobody help me. End up in Maycys

Awful experience! I have nothing positive to say. The store manager Melissa was rude and does not uphold the Ulta culture. I will not shop here in the future.

the blond gaaay guy @ this place is annoying and stares at you all the time. the products are not fake in here though but the customer service is bad.

I love it here. Never have had a bad expetience. I get my hair done at the salon frequently, always getting treatments comped. Love this place.

Many brands of cosmetics and perfume. All real. Prices are high per the manufacturer. Stall is marginal.

You can find a lot of brands here but its a little expensive.
