Omg, let me tell you about the wonderful people whom Ive met that work here. I went in for a facial with Dominica, and it was amazing. Her attention to detail was awesome and had so much information about my skin and the products and always asked if they felt okay thought the facial. Before my appoiment I met Renae, another fabulous person whom talked with me about my hair goals and a full spontaneous consultation. These are some of the nicest, respectful and knowledgeable people I have ever met at any beauty counter. They are the best of the best here at Bayfair and Im so happy with my visit and the ones to come!! ❤

They have a great selection to choose from. I appreciate their customer service and the associates are vibrant, helpful, and charming, as they should be, but in my experience that is hard to come from nowadays. Will continue to come to this location just for the service.

Ulta Salon in Bayfair is the most unprofessional salon! My sister twice has booked using their online services only to be told my appointment cannot be honored! I am done trying to use their services and will be going elsewhere. Wasted day!

Came in to buy a new straightener and Reanea that works in the back salon was so helpful. She tried two brands on my hair and suggested a heating tool product. Totally how customer service should be. Thanks for the help
