I should have read the reviews before stopping in at the Brea location. Everything went pretty smoothly because my prescription isnt very complicated, but they told me and indicated on my receipt that my estimated delivery was 6/17 (8 working days). The guy working my order said about 10 days. I called 14 working days later and they didnt seem to be able to locate my order. Girl on phone came back and said next Friday, which will be 21 working days. If you want your glasses in a hurry, be sure to go to the Brea location. Im hoping to get mine by Christmas 2013. I really can give them 2 years because my insurance will not cover it for that time. If you try this store, dont pay them until they deliver the product. It may help. Good Luck.........

I bought premium film for my glasses a year ago, and it is already bubbling in my field of vision. The manager was clear that she was going to do nothing about it. I told the manager that it was unacceptable, and that when people invest in a premium product, they expect premium quality. I take good care of my glasses, never wear them in my shirt or on my head, and I clean them with special cleaner often. This didnt stop the manager from putting the blame on the customer instead of rectifying the problem. I will be calling corporate for a resolution. I hope these swindlers go out of business. This is why you go to an actual optometrist instead of a place like this. Should I have expected any better? Clearly not.

Had a terrible experience at the Lenscrafters at Brea: 1) Spent $220 for glasses (did not include exam) for my kid (and this was w/ 50% off! Should have gone to Costco) 2) It took 1.5 hours to see the doctor. We were there for 2 hours. 3) Someone forgot to save the measurements on the computer so we had to do that all over again. 4) Was promised glasses in 1-2 hours, but the machine broke down, cracking the lenses, so it was more like 3-4 hours. My husband wont be getting his glasses here.

Made an appointment to go on my lunch hour, big mistake. The poor old man sitting next to me was given his glasses to try on after waiting a while and he could not see properly with his new glasses. So after waiting for 45 minutes, I cancelled my appointment.

Lied to me and waisted my time. I had them check my insurance when i called for my appointment and they told me it was good and after my exam they tried to get money from me because they lied. Bunch of crooks.

My family and I have gone to this location for years and have always been treated very well. Adjustments are prompt and courtious and no issues fixing glasses when they need fixing.

Great Customer Service. I went there over the weekend. I have had glasses for many years and this was a great experience. The staff was very knowledgable.
