Dr. Phi Doan himself is very nice, but his staff are otherwise. Receptionists are cranky and arrogant. The other doctor that also work at this place is also not too friendly. If you buy $500 glasses and they will be very nice to you. Glasses and frames here are ok, but to get your glasses, youd have to go through some frustration and feel discriminated by the receptionists/doctor.

Worst optometry! Receptionist would tell you a different copay/price and after you sign all the paperwork they will make you pay more. They avoid the hassle of insurance billing and will make you out of pocket. Avoid this place!
