It was great. It has been awhile since my last eye exam and Liz the General Manager was awesome her smile was great and her friendly attitude and happy tone made my visit there great. She actually did my pre screening and was great at explaining what I needed to do and what was going to happen. After the Dr saw me Blanca was great at explaining my prescription and how the lenses would work. She was awesome because she had to call my insurance company to get some clarification and was in the phone for a few minutes, but she didnt get upset, she stayed positive and happy always smiling. These two women are awesome and are a great example of great customer service. Keep up the great work. I will be back to that location as long as they are there.

I am a bit upset at the practices of this location. After the exam I was presented with a document requiring my signature to waive dialation. I was never asked to be dilated or not...without dialation the other test that was performed costs an additional $39. A bit of a ripoff. Then when I asked to have my scratched lenses replaced I was told the insurance I purchased had expired and I was given the date of purchase. I mentioned that I purchased the insurance when ordering the lenses but I did not have the glasses until much later. With that she agreed to honor the insurance. I really think this person is misleading people to increase the sales for this location.

Same day appointment. Friendly face upon entering clinic. The optometrist was on time, efficient and also friendly. Good eye glass options. Whole process was great and everyone was super helpful and nice. Would recommend to others and go again myself.
