Dr. Steve Penn is an experienced and professional optometrist who is responsible and caring for his patients. Dr. Penn took his time to understand my current eyesight situation, and was patient throughout the exam and diagnosis process. He explained my eye exam results to me in detail, and even gave me tips on how to improve my current eye condition. He is also very knowledgeable in treatment methods and the correct type of glasses to assign for my condition. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with the receptionist, and I even received reminder calls for my visit and follow up. Additionally, the receptionist was very informative regarding my insurance and helped me use my benefits in the most effective way. I definitely recommend Dr. Steve Penn--he is knowledgeable, experienced, caring, and efficient!

After moving here from the East Coast I knew I was due for an eye doctor. Im so happy to have found Dr. Penn and his staff. Every time I go in for an appointment its never awkward. Its definitely a family environment with Penny and Erin in the front. They are super knowledable and will give you their honest opinion of what works best for your insurance and also if you need help picking out a frames. Dr. Penn is extremely friendly and answers all my questions with answers I am able to understand. I always leave here smiling knowing Im able to see better and how easy and painless everything was! My whole family comes here and I dont think we would go anywhere else. Keep up the great work, see you guys at my next appointment!! :)

During my 50 years of wearing contacts, Ive been to maybe a dozen eye docs, so I know the good ones and the bad. Dr. Penn is right up there with the best. He knows his stuff, he has the latest hi-tech machines and does a great job of explaining why you need what and what your other options are. I just got my new Rx today and I couldnt be happier!

Colima Optometry Inc. is one of the best Optometrist I have been to and Ive been going to different places since I was very young! The Doctor is very understanding and kind and courteous....
