My husband went to the West Covina office today, and left very unsatisfied. Heres his review... "Second time in a row the sales people made promises their lab technicians could not keep. Saying my glasses will be ready in an hour and they never are. Looking to have my prescription filled someplace else at almost 40% less. I wont be giving them a third chance."

Dora was great during my pre-test, Stephanie was very imfortmative and professional, Sarah was kind enough and went out her way to clean my glasses. Trisha and Danielle was great with answering all my question. Dr. Gonzalez was phenomenal and wicked smart with so much knowledge he reminds me of a Dr. Doogie Howser!
