Worst Customer Service Ever! My husband took me to Rodeo Dr. shop for Valentine gift. We were having a great time until we entered this Chanel store. Theres a male sales person asked me what Im looking for, and I told him that I was looking for classic flap jumbo bag in red patent, I told him that it looks like the one they had from last year valentine. Then he laughed at me with a despised look and said that was past season stuff, it was sold out in that season, they never gonna have any past season item. He pointed some bag on the shelve and said those are only red bag they have, then he walked away. The way he look down on me definitely reminded me of scene in "Pretty Woman" where the snobbish sales people wouldnt let Julia Roberts character shop in their store. By the way, I really want to tell that sales person the bag that I was looking for is coming out in Feb/Mar, 2011. I always love Chanel, but me and my husband will never go back to the Chanel store on Rodeo Dr., We recommend shop Chanel store in South Coast Plaza, the customer service is much friendly there.

I usually do my high shopping in Vegas but I have been to this Chanel quite a few times. The best part is the valet parking! Parking on Rodeo is either super expensive or impossible to find. Most of the time its both. The costumer service here is awesome. I took my logo earrings in because a stone had fallen out. Within a month of getting them back three other stones fell out. I took them in and got a new pair! No questions asked. I love how I can try on all the jewelry I want and only buy one or two pieces without the sells associate getting annoyed. I have not purchased a handbag from this location, I feel their stock in somewhat limited

Its okay but its not Paris or New York Chanel. Its very "old lady Chanel". I love Chanel and have tons of Chanel, but somehow Rodeo Drive with all the plastic surgery is the scariest place on planet earth and the service people are all "hopeful starlets". Please. Really? I dont go to LA often as it is not a fashion city unless you consider 1990s Herve Leger Bandage Dresses still in style. You come to LA for the weather, not the fashion. There is none.

Very nice and friendly staff. Went in not dressed in designer but was still treated the exact same as those dressed in high end designer items. All the sales associates were friendly and each one asked if we would like to see anything, even after saying were just looking they still smiled and offered help. Not like the other chanel boutiques at all.

Every single person I saw spoke to me, even the cleaning lady. Maybe cause i walked in knowing what i wanted and asked for it, ormaybe it was the LV shopping bag. Any who I will shop there again.

Customer service here is not what you would expect from Chanel. Arrogant and less than excited reps treat customers like their shopping at Target. Forget about it.
