Ive never had a complaint with this location until today, I want to know why the manager was talking inappropriately about me to her staff right in front of me and was giving me an extremely hard time with my returns (which I had all the recipts for) once I was done with my returns she had told the nice gentleman helping me to stamp a final sale sign on all my items, which he even said we never do this I dont know why shes making me do this, I want to know why she did all this even though I did everything correctly with my returns and why she was being rude when she wasnt even helping me, if anyone knows how I can get the district managers number and complain about her because he customer service and attitude were not appropriate for her position

Horrible experience, none of the associates are helpful Went on president day and there is a huge line and instead of accommodating and opening more cash registers, they say the store policy dont allow it. After waiting in the line for 35 mins, the cashier was super rude... They should have some one who knows how to manage the store properly

They have a really nice selection of mens clothing. Surprisingly and I found few good things on sale that i been looking for. The bad thing is rhat their customer service quality is not all there might be that most of the employees look like they are teen agers or earky 20 year olds who might need s2betyer training.

Since it is so big after the remodeling & moving now, Forever 21 is a fun and pretty organized place to shop. You can stay there for hours and not realize because theres so many cute & pretty outfits there. (:

Service was very poor. Only one cash register was functional on a busy saturday afternoon. I waited in line over 30 minutes and would have left but unfortunately, my daughters wanted the merchandise.

I am a fan of Forever 21 but this one has odd clothing. (Really bright colors) I usually go to the lakewood location. This store is nice and clean, just the selection of clothing is not for me.

Really big forever 21. Not the largest selections of plus size clothes as Ive seen at other locations. Still really nice neat store.

The service here is a little on the questionable side it lacks professionalism but the shop is always kept in immaculate condition
