I was overwhelmed visiting this store. My boyfriend made a couple purchases for my birthday and I didnt really like them. So I went in to exchange the wallet, I kept the tote bag as courtesy to not make him feel bad. I had a sales person on my ear literally every 5 to 10 seconds. OMG!!!! It was so frustrating, extreamelly unconfortable, and so irritating! I felt rushed to making a decision. I asked for store credit because I wanted to run out of there, and was told they coudnt I had to make an exchange. I told my boyfriend about my experience and he said he went through the same and thats why he purchased what he did. Because he was pushed by the sales girl, and he asked her if he had to give her name to the cashier and she said no. So apparently its not a commision based job. Staff needs better training here. I really hope management reads my review.

Had a very bad experience today with salesman giving really bad attitude talked to manager hope the manager can talk to the salesman that way a customer wont have the same experience i had.

Big MK outlet, they have good deals when you go to the back by the clearance section. If you like their watches and jewelry, they usually have some on sale at 25% off the outlet prices!
