Let me first start by saying that I am Japanese and visited and shopped this store with my Mexican husband this afternoon (because the common denominator amongst the one star reviews on Yelp appear to be race.) Secondly, I was wearing my LA Kings Stanley Cup 2014 Championship t-shirt (Go Kings Go!), jeans and flip-flops. My husband was wearing a t-shirt, Dickies shorts and Nikes (because apparently what you wear into the store is EXTREMELY important. *rolls eyes*). Now...we walked into the store with our Macy*s, Coach and Gap shopping bags (*gasp* the horror!!!) and were greeted very politely by five different sales people. Each of them asking if we were looking for or wanted to look at something. I knew what I was looking for, but wanted to browse around. We were not followed. We did not feel as though we were being "watched." When I was ready to look closer at what I came into the boutique for, Simon was ready to help. Simon was a wonderful sales associate. He presented every color and style option in what I was looking for and offered details about the product that I would want to know. When I decided on which piece I wanted to purchase, Simon offered my husband and I some water and asked if we preferred it sparkling or flat. *love lil perks* Simon brought out my purchase beautifully wrapped and informed me that my item had been registered with the info I provided. All in all, this was an above standard visit to the newly renovated boutique! And this is coming from a Japanese chick dressed in a t-shirt and flip-flops who came with her Mexican husband in his Dickies. Orale!!!

I went there on my birthday with my boyfriend with the intention of buying a new bag... The sales lady followed us the whole time, refuse to let me look at anything in the store told me she was calling security, I was well dressed and had a big tiffanys bag as well as other high end shops... I left crying and devastated... I went to Louis Vuitton hoping for some kindness and they were so sweet and nice helped me find the perfect bag! Ill never buy Chanel in my life! I now hate Chanel and tell everyone I know of my experience but I am now a life long Louis Vuitton fan!

Best customer service every time I shop here. The ladies, Ms.Eva and Ms.Velekei, are super nice SA, very helpful and professional. I live 1.5h far from this store but I rather go to shop here than the one on Rodeo drive( which is only 4 miles from my place) that one is the worse service ever.

I just visit here today to get service on boy bag that I bought couple months ago.(little damaged) The staff Ms. Monica Andreu Not asking a single question but say sorry. They satisfied me so much so I decided to buy 2nd bag that I plan to buy end of year. Thx for excellent service. ^^
