I have to say that this particular location has really disappointed me. Firstly, as a person whos been coming to this Forever 21 for years, Ive really gotten to see it go downhill. However, a few points stand out to me. (PROS & CONS) - Although the second level of the store is great, it can get very cluttered and unorganized - but hey I love those deals! Also, it kind of sucks that there used to be much more variety up there in terms of new clothing (now its just a big clearance & basics section) but I understand thats its out of the employees hands. - Back to organization and cleanliness, most of the store is a mess. Its just not tidy and I can see that its the customers and the employees fault. It just makes it really overwhelming to shop. (Also they move sections around constantly so its a scavenger hunt to find specific items.) Also bottom floor dressing rooms are really just something else - theyre very old, I dont think theyve ever been renovated (In comparison to the ones in the Forever 21 at the Mainplace Mall) theyre covered in dust most of the time and Im not too sure they ever sweep in there. There are also no male and female dressing rooms as theres only one despite the fact that theres 2 or 3 upstairs not in use. - Employees are an issue too. Not all employees are horrible but Ive seen a handful. I dont think Ive been asked if I need help or assistance in this store unless you walk up to them yourself. Also BIG con: Ive seen employees in groups of 3 or 4 just walking around the store chilling talking amongst themselves, sometimes on their phones - which is obviously not okay. Ive also had to listen to employees gossip about other employees countless occasions. But like I said, I have had encounters with very nice and helpful employees at this location, its just that the bad ones ruin it. - Personally, I feel like this store had more items in the past few years than it does now. The jewelry section is slowly falling behind, the clothing does not offer as much variety as it once did. I dont think they ever get new shipments and if they do its only in the front middle section as most of the back stays the same for months. (Again, I understand most of the time its not the employees faults) - Lastly, this building is just plain old. Its in DIRE need of a renovation. Its very visible especially in the downstairs dressing rooms, old chipping paint and on the second floor part roof wasnt and it had stains (at least the last time I went). Old carpet etc. (Again not the employees fault.) So this particular Forever 21 : wyd girl??? I say if they give this place a nice renovation and re-train their team, theyd be better off.

The manager at this Forever 21 is a dim whit! He is in his 20s and has no idea how to be a manager. He is always all over the place. And tonight I over heard the customer in front of me asking if she could get store credit for a skirt that still had the tags on but she had no receipt. From across the room he (idiot manager) yelled no to her and then walked away towards the front door. I always do this same thing(return clothes with tags on but without a receipt) at the Forever 21 at Fashion Island and there is no problem! But even if that is the store policy is not to give store credit....he lacks in customer service big time!! That is not how you treat a customer. Even the girl behind me was shocked at how he acted and said, that guy is a manger? Anyway this store is a mess, there are clothes on the floor, clothes laying on top of the clothes rack. The dressing rooms smell like b.o.! The cashiers at this store all act like they hate their jobs and are miserable and rude. The selection of clothes is horrible and what little selection they do have....the look really cheap and tacky. Its definitely their cheapest looking store, and I guess it is because of the location in Anaheim and because of the lazy employees. The Forever 21 at Fashion Island is clean, smells good, has friendly cashiers, and most importantly has a great selection of clothes.

This store has so much potential because of the location (freeways, food, other stores nearby) but it lags LAGS presentation so much! The store has not been renovated since probably the 90s and it is in desperate need of a good renovation. Why is it that this Forever 21 is so ugly compared to all the rest throughout Orange County? Ive seen various stores and only this one remains super outdated. The carpet is old and its obvious that everything else is just as old. There are several dressing rooms in the store but even on busy nights only one small dressing room is open for tons of girls and some guys. The dressing room stinks! It smells so bad when Ive gone in there I cant wait to get out! RENOVATE! As far as clothes, theres a huge selection. And customer service, what up with the stuck up girls?? Management, would it kill you to hire some decent people or is it all about what theyre wearing at the interview??

i have a bad experience with this store and I dont advice anyone to go there because I purchase an item to my friend but it doesnt fit him so I want to exchange but they refuse bcz its on sale the problem isnt because they refuse the problem is the manner they refuse the staff deal in a v.bad apathy way like this our policy and we need to take other customer like said to you go out with v.tough face . NOTE THAT in the receipt it was write in the beginning and in big letter exchange by 9/4/2013 !!!!!and after that in between line sales transaction is final sale !!!!!! and also the policy is putting on the 1st and last register only!!!!! I advise the owner to give his staff trainning in how to deal with customer and how to execute the policy and i advice my friend dont go there

They have a lot of space but the store is totally un-organized. The store has also 2 story but they are not able to separate between them. The second floor is marked SALE, but this is also what you can find at the main floor. Everywhere you look there are tops and bottoms and skirts and dresses. You dont know where to start your search in this shop. Its like all the merchandise that came from the fitting room is put on a rack and dragged into next available spot. Very disappointed

Its really cheap but honestly the weirdest F21 Ive been to so far ... its huge and not crowded which is definitely a big plus BUT it seems totally unorganized ... has an outlet feel to it, seems like it doesnt carry the trendy new styles you find in other F21s ... everything they sell looks like its last seasons or last years stuff they couldnt sell and simply marked it down - the store has a weird vibe ... hard to explain

Im truly amazed at how clean this store location looks, in comparison to all their other stores in the area. Its well maintained, and for a huge location such as this one (it took over the previous Mervyns) it is amazing how well it looks! Their clearance section upstairs just recently had a facelift and now it is all organized by type (like, tank tops with tank tops, etc) so it is a lot easier to find what you need.
