Loved this store because I loved everything about it. Who knew that it took 1 Person to mess it all up. The assistant managers name is Cynthia, she made me realize what I Didnt Want in a Job. At first she was kind and just 2-3 months pass and she Turns into a total different person. I dont understand why she would stay working so long in her position when she does not know how to Manage. The other managers advise me to talk to the Store manager but at that time I was struggling so bad I couldnt afford to miss my 9-5 Full time job I had just to go and make a statement on the Ass. Manager "Cynthia", Its going on 2 years now that I have not worked even stepped foot in that store because it brings so many bad memories back. Also during the time I worked their I was not the only one who felt the same about her. Other co-workers felt the same but like me, they must have felt like they couldnt say anything. Many people have left also because of her but at this point just know what to expect if Cynthia is still working at this location. I hope Not!!!!

LADY ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE! last week, I had a skirt on a mannequin on hold specifically for me with my name on it and attached to the skirt. they told me they would call me when the skirt is available so i can come get it. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! and when i called that day when I was supposed to hear from them, LADY ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE! bad customer service.

Please be aware they the store will not give you the money back for returns - only store credit. This is official policy and you know why? Because they sell cheap clothes that people do not want to ware. This is robbery - I still have that store credit at home because I was not able to choose anything good from there. Stay away.

If your looking for going out attire, I recommend Forever 21! I bought so many outfits, mix and match for under $100!
