Want to clarify they deserve ZERO stars. We had to line-up for a movie at the Arclight above. It was a cold night so I ran to buy a jacket. I found a jacket, stood in line to pay, as the cashier is ringing it up, she says the ticket does not match the item in our system. The ticket showed $13.99 but the description was not matching what it said in the system. They found the same jacket but the price was $27.99. The cashier grabbed Nancy, the rude ... RUDE manager to give it to me for $13.99. Ready for this she said NO. The girl in back of me in line said "you need to honor whats on the ticket" Nancy said no, they, they being Fashion Q, made a mistake and they cant give me a $28 jacket for 13.99. I walked out and so did the girl behind me. We both were floored. And they lost two customers. We were the ONLY two customers in there at that time.
