Horrible horrible horrible !!!!! Horrible; rude; pathetic; customer service. ......I gave my watch to change the battery & she smashed my dial completely. ....The lady who broke my watch did not have the courtesy to even apologie & say sorry. ...we had been waiting for more than 45 min & later on were told to stand again in the queue to pay for our new purchase. ...pathetic & horrible customer service

Some of the customer service was alright but then , the cashier (Karla) was rude the machine wasnt working and she was pretty rude about it the rest is ok I guess
