Be aware of the "Return policy "Theyll swipe your driver license and ask your phone number when you return the stuff just purchased.since i found the clothes are not fitting.I went back right away with receipt,but still,i felt really unsafe and uncomfortable since someone get my personal information mandatory,wont go there any more,hope you guys know this"return policy "Before you shop there.

I went here the other day and the girl who was working he dressing rooms was so unwelcoming and mean! She didnt even say hi or anything,& also the guy that works is rude I smiled at him and he just gave me a disgusted look!! it was so friendly here a couple years back now all the employees are just rude and think theyre better than everyone lol

This is the most organized and regularly clean Forever 21 Ive ever visited and was so happy when it opened at this mall! Its big and everything is spread out nicely. Employees here always seem much happier than at other locations.
