Purchased $220 worth of merchandise on my credit card. Decided against a couple of items (less than $50) and even though the tags were attached, I had the receipt and was within 10 days of purchase, they would only accept return for store credit instead of crediting the credit card I used. Very poor return / exchange policy! I will never shop there again. You should only buy at Forever 21 if you absolutely, positively know you are keeping it and never ever as a gift since the person wont be able to exchange if they dont like it.
