The customer service was bad the last few times Ive been here. Time before last, I went in 15 minutes before closing but I knew what I needed to get. I opened the door and a man as wide as the door was blocking the entrance and tells me "were closing soon." Ok, so because youre closing soon, Im not allowed in?? I continued on towards the shoe section and the white, young man in that department purposely gave me the wrong shoe size the 2nd time I tried on a pair of steel toe boots so I ended up leaving. I recently went back because they were having a good sale on the shoes but was told they dont carry 6.5 for Nike and to check online. Later that night, I checked online and it says its available at this store. I called the next morning and sure enough, they have it but I rather spend $10-15 more somewhere else than to deal with employees who dont want to do their jobs right.

The store had a good selection of many different sporting items. I was quickly able to find what I was looking for. There were plenty of employees in the store, I have only been there 1 time so Im not sure if this is how they always are, not the most helpful. I will try again in the future to see if it is any better.

Wont accept coupons here. Manager read coupon twice and nodded his head that it was within its fine print guidelines. But then changed his mind and refused to take it at the register. Waited in line over 10 minutes too. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great place to pick up tubes for floating the river. They have a huge selection especially for the size of the store. There is also a great variety of other sporting equipment and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful, went in for swim cap for 5 yr old, representative assisted us, very pleasant, we decided to buy bathing suit. All in all, bery good experience. Our first time in the store. Will go back in future.

The mark up is unrealistic, the only reason I go is they have good sales on guns SOMETIMES.
