I was just in The Ventura Ca store on main st. Wanting to purchase some fishing line and lures. The fishing line I needed was behind the counter and when I ask one of the 2 employees having a conversation I was told I had to wait till they finished the conversation, I immediately left cause obviously my business is not important. After I had left I called the store to get the number to file a complaint and found out that it was the manger that told me to wait and it was his district managers fault. Dont waste your time here, your business is obviously not needed here.

My family and I patronize this store frequently. We are generally able to find things that we are looking for easily, if they carry the items. I wish there was a bit larger selection of certain things....For us, specifically, girls/womens soccer cleats and girls sportswear. Staff is always friendly and helpful, although often seem spread very thin with many customers requiring attention at the same time.

I came in searching for fishing wire. They didnt carry fishing wire, but the person working had a spool and gave me a few feet for what I needed. Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Ill definitely stop in for my future sporting goods needs :)

Practically one of the only sports-specific stores left in the city of Ventura. Pretty cramp and not much options to choose from...but have the basic necessities for individual/team sports.
