I had to return a pair of soccer cleats that I wore once. The employees were actually kind, it was the owner who was yelling at me in front of his employees and other customers about "What am I supposed to do with these shoes?!!!!" I explained to him how I have been buying cleats and clothes from his shop for years as I believe in supporting small business owners. Another customer who was also in the store trying to return shoes that he had bought for his daughter quietly spoke to me ( because he too was fearful of the wrath the owner may inflict upon him), stating that he will never buy anything from this store again. I told the owner that he is setting a poor example to his employees by yelling at me in front of everyone . Bottom line the owner is rude and the return policy is horrible. Do not bring your kids to buy cleats here especially if you change your mind expect to be yelled at and spoken to rudely by the OWNER himself.

Just had a bad experience today. Bought a pair of $50 Keeper Gloves. First pair had a small tear after one use. Returned them and got a replacement. Second pair got a large tear after one tournament. Both appeared to be factory/manufacture defects. Owner came in and said just take your money back basically telling me he didnt want my business. He insinuated that we were the cause of the deftective product. He really missed out because I was ready to purchase about $150 worth of other products today. Very disappointed. I like supporting local but his treatment of me was disrepectful.

I was excited at the idea of supporting a local business, but in the end I just had a really bad experience. Our region used BK sports to order our all star uniforms and it was a complete disaster from start to finish, ordering process to delivery. The bottom line, horrible customer service, specifically the owner, Bill Keene, he was extremely rude every single time I dealt with him. Advice: think twice about going here on your own, and if you have to deal with him because your region sends you there, be patient and prepared to be treated rudely, good luck.

Ive been going to this place for over a year and I have to say that everyone here is nice and giving. I always wonder why this place gets such bad reviews of the "horrible" customer service. Like I said, everyone here is nice, and I have never had an experience when they were mean. Just last week when I came to look at some gloves for my kid, he told him many useful tips to being a goalkeeper and how to take care of his gloves. This place has great prices for quality things like shoes and jerseys, and I definitely recommend you shop here

BK Sports is one of my favorite soccer stores. It is a family run operation and the owners and employees are giving and kind. They support local teams and activities and do a superb job silkscreening uniforms and shirts. Bill Sr. the owner, has a very dry wit sense of humor so dont be offended by his off the cuff comments. If you dont know him you will think he is being sarcastic but I have never met a more kind and giving person. Take the time to talk to the owners and employees. Thanks for all the support over the years BK !!!!!

Since I believe in supporting local businesses I spent quite a bit of money on cleats at BK Sports (online you find most items at much lower prices). They were very helpful in selling us the most expensive shoes for kids, but when we had a problem with one pair we were met with rudeness and not a hint of customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.

Great local soccer store, family run business. I get all my soccer gear there, if you live in or near NP or TO check them out. Good selection of Soccer boots, and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service was awful and the owner just completely rude and does not like to help. After spending 600 dollars in the store he was still completely rude. Think twice about coming here!
