I have no beef with whats in stock/inventory wise or selection. Im just putting out this complaint towards my incident tonight. 7/20/14 9:15 PM Im standing in the electronics section for 15 minutes with my family just to get a salesperson/representative to unlock a pair of earbuds I want to buy. Guess what, theres only 1 representative to be found. 1 guy talking to the same customer...for 20 minutes now. He sees me and the other customer sees me because Im literally waving a hand at him for 20 minutes and waiting for him to finish his conversation. Then this representative continues to dodge me and my family who are all staring at him at this point. He doesnt let the other customer leave, instead talking to him about a lot of random things hes not interested in, just so he doesnt have to talk to anyone else period for the rest of the night/shift. Frustrated at this sleazy attempt and not wanting to call him out, I left frustrated as hell. Who knows, maybe hes still talking to that same customer to avoid the other 3 people waiting around for him to get something/ask something. All I wanted was to get him to unlock a pair of earbuds. 30 seconds max. For reference, its a bald representative that works in electronics. I get it, youre about to close. Maybe youre tired. However, I dont enjoy the straight disrespect and the attempt to avoid responsibility of your job.

worst experience ever. the employees steal all the rare Mattel cars, this was told to me by an employee named Julian. he is a collector himself. I asked him if he could bring out the back stock because the pegs were empty, he seemed like he minded and told me they dont do that. I asked why he never gave me a clear answer. I asked to speak to a manger then this heavy set Latino woman came out yelling across the store "this one?" while pointing at me, she never introduced her self she just came about 10 feet away from me yelling "we dont do that". I was very upset but refused to lower myself as a person. she walked away I didnt even finished my question when she walked away I told her she was rude and left. I drive from Target to Target buying these cars for me and my son and have never been told that the back stock is unavailable. I think these people are buying the cars and turning around and selling them online for insane prices. its unfair to regular people and I will never go back there to even look at these two rude jokes of individuals. if Target would care what is going on in their store they would review what is being said about their brand.

Best experience.. especially at Starbucks .. inside the store wow!!! I have to say I experience today at starbucks like around 12pm .....one.of the.most.ridiculous experience i have ever had because of a customer complaint...... this customer had purchase a Starbucks and Susana is starbucks cashier ... so this customer was in her face telling her so much crap of how she was going to complain.. and while she was discussing with her she had the starbucks complaint line at the same time.. hahahha!!! She got her full refund and she sat there kept the food with another person and ate it... woow!!!! That angry customer had the nerve . But Susana.. you go girl you really handle that customer well... didn t flintched .. had the right answers for her and she just didnt know what else to complaint about... so 5 stars for u and for target.. forget her.. she really had a bad day!!!!! :)

I love this place. I cant ever leave this place without spending some money. Its just one of those stores where you get something you need and 10 other things you dont need. Now they they have produce, it makes it even more convenient to pick up a loaf of bread with your favorite body wash and some cinnamon almonds to go along with it. I also enjoy looking at their selection of dishes and picture frames. If I had more money, Id buy like 1 of everything so that my place could be more uniform instead of looking like a yard sale because ive mixed and matched over a long period of time. They always have parking here, its more about how far youre willing to walk to get to the entrance.

This store has almost everything my family and I could need. I could go in, buy a HDMI cable, flour, toys for my younger sister, and a pair of flip flops without having to make several trips to different stores. Kind of like a mini Walmart but closer to home. Only thing that I think could be better is the little food court but its not a raw deal breaker. Hardly anybody goes to target for lunch but if you do find yourself in such a situation, I would recommend a personal pizza with some other thing on the side. The portions are pretty small.

Avoid this store like the plaque. I purchased a gift card on 11/3 and sent it off to my niece in NorCal. A month later(12/19) when she goes to use it, the balance is zero. Turns out that the card was used 2 days(11/5) after it was purchased in Hawthorne.By this time I probably tossed out the receipt so now I am out $100. Store manager cant help me and did not seem to care that an employee was thieving from customers and the store. Moral to the story: keep your receipts and go to a nicer target than the one in Alhambra

Ordered something online for in-store pick-up. They gave my stuff to somebody else with the same last name but different first name and sent me a email notice that it was picked up. Went to the store in person and took them awhile to figure out their mistake. This is not the first time this happened. I will NEVER order anything for pick up at this Alhambra store again! Adding insult to injury, they kept my drivers license for verification but never gave it back to me and I had to make another trip to retrieve it.

I had a 1 star experience at this target, on account of a grumpy customer. Manny Orozco (a manager) came and talked to me about the experience. He was very calm, and assured me he would do all he could to fix the problem. Ive heard promises like this before in my lifetime. They almost exclusively go unfulfilled. BUT not this time. Manny came through and took care of me. I will shop here first because of this great customer experience. Thanks Target of Alhambra for hiring a great manager.

This target has gone through a lot with its recent remodeling. It looks very decent for what its worth. When I am done browsing through the store, I am always relaxing at starbucks with an ice frap in one hand the other on mobile phone. There are still some target stores without starbucks which would benefit when they do decide to have one, because the environment just changes for the good and this target does seem a lot more comfy and relaxed.

Its a bizarre layout, with spooky corners full of overstock and lost shoppers. That is also why its an adventure! Its become even more of a shopping destination for my lil husband and I, once it began regularly stocking up on Google Play cards below the $50.00 mark, and the ever-elusive Pokémon Go Plus accessory. Very happy with the location, and still really easy to get lost once inside.
