Went shopping today, 3/30/16, with my grandson and daughter for his graduation outfits. We were in the mens dress section and no one was available to help. However, there was a gentlemen we had seen before lunch at Macy/s. He was employed by one of the accessory suppliers in mens wear. He was so positive, helpful and professional at Macys that I felt confident in asking for his assistance in choosing pants; as he had measured Ryan at Macys for shirts we had no problem, but we did need help with pants. Once again, he came to our rescue. He remembered us from earlier in the day and suggested where we start, what to look for and brought us up to date on young mens current dress fashion. We ended up getting 2 pair of dress pants, 3 dress shirts, suspenders, belt and a pair of dress shoes. Without this gentlemens help we probably would not have been as successful in our shopping adventure. I must compliment J C Penney and this gentlemen for a great experience. The gentlemen did not take more than a couple of minutes to make his recommendations. At the end I asked him to see the fit of the pants we decided on and he agreed it was the best fit. This gentlemen was a real professional. I would like to thank him but I did not get his name. I have also sent a similar review to Macys with the request that I will make to J.C. Penney: If you track this older gentlemen we would like to thank him; he made us feel valued and made sure we were happy. He deserves the biggest acknowledgement of appreciation from both my family and J C Penney! Alice Glover

Just another greedy criminal corporation. Went in looking for underwear and found 3 pairs of fruit of the loom for 26 MFing DOLLARS!!! For 3 pairs of underwear. Not the fancy kind. Not the fancy brand. Regular underwear....$26 for 3 pairs. I found the same exact pack of underwear EVERYWHERE ELSE FOR $12-14. For some reason jcpenny thinks you should pay them almost twice the amount for the same products anyone else will give. #shutdowngreedycorporations

The girls here in the junior department are always on their phone and never keep up with the fitting rooms. The management team is a joke. Nick ODell is very rude and acts to smart.
