I go to this Walmart all the time, not just for personal reasons but to shop for my job (we easily spend hundreds each month). However, this last time my husband and I went, we were unfortunate to meet a customer service employee named Joan. We had asked if we could exchange cash for some quarters with our purchase and our sweet cashier said she would ask. Joan said she could only do 2 dollars. We said no problem, thank you. Joan proceeded to comment rudely about it to the other cashier and customers and roll her eyes and then loudly comment and shake her head, knowing full well we could hear and see her. We asked the cashier her (Joan) name and she was very afraid to answer! Mind you, it was right before closing and it was not crowded at all. It shouldve been no big deal. We were fine if they couldnt give any quarters. Its sad that they dont train their customer service people better as I see that is the number one complaint. Walmart has great prices and their reputation could be awesome if they did more training.

Consistenly I have found the staff to be very rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional to put it nicely. I have found that if you ask a worker where a particular item or type of item is located they act irritated as if you are bothering them. They also lied to me over the phone when they were open extended holiday hours and told me they were closing at 10 PM when in fact they were open much later. When I called to ask about their money gram services the first person who did answered the phone lied and said they did not have it. I doubted it, so when I called back I found out that they did have it but whoever I was speaking with claimed she did not know the fee for it and that there would be no telling what the fee was until the transaction was complete...makes absolutely no sense. The only reason I shop here (dreadfully on occasion) is because their prices are lower and this is a bad economy.

This place is not bad but there can be a few improvements. The Produce is Really Small. I see new associates almost everyday so if youre trying to look for an item in the store they are glad to help but usually they know most of the stuff. But dont be surprised when they dont know where some stuff is. They finished a remodel and I Hear a lot of customers complaining about how they dont know where this and that is. Well if they give it some thought. The associates need to know where everything else is because they are not the ones changing the locations of the items. Its the Overnighters and the Managers who know where it all is. The associates still need to learn where they put it. They all try their best to help you but you need to know that theres some new associates every once in a while so their knowledge of the store is not very high but they are glad to help you.

It was horrible..waited 40 minutes for someone after asking 4 workers to help us get 3 fish and finally the lady that helped us had no idea what she was doing ,when she got the fish one at time she tried putting it in bag with no water so fish day in the net so she put a little bit of water and slamming net on the bottom of bag which was on counter fish cent get out of net same thing with each fish except on the third o e I told her u have to be gentle or theyll die before we get home...and went to cash out and the first fish was alreAdy dead second started to float upside down. ...she bAsically killed two fish and it was the worse customer service ever ...no oh Im sorry or get let me give u a new fish...so my grandson was pretty upset his fishes didnt even make it out of the store or home except one of them!!!

I arrived here for a bargain deal I stumbled across online, and to return an item I had bought from Walmart’s site you know kill two birds with one stone. Conclusion prices are great, service is horrible. Service: It is terrible, I had to wait 20 minutes in the return line. Then had to spend 15 minutes explaining to the employees their own return policy. Prices: They are great, if Walmart is anything it is cheap. Was able to find the item I needed among the mess. No pain no gain I guess. Location: Unorganized, and dirty. Not sure if it’s the customers or the staff does not upkeep but things are simply scattered around the store. In short: I will be price-matching Walmart prices at other stores whenever possible.

Place was busy like most of these are. Seems like there was a lot of things they had sold out on as there was a bit of empty displays. Still had an amazing selection of things compared to the Walmart stores where I am. I was blown away that even being out of a lot of the shoes they had a selection that was at least double that of my local store and had a bigger variety of the shoes they sell. I recently bought a bathing suit and had to just get what was in my size, here there was probably like 20 designs to choose from and they were all way better than what I had to settle for. As always I found what I needed.

Its always a madhouse in all your stores. Kids run wild I almost ran over 3 of them. People cut you off and get in your way. The people who work there do the same thing. The people at checkout are nice but slow. I dont go there often for those reasons. Some stores are alot worse . I have one by my house I will never go in. Everyone there is so rude. I have even heard your people cussing on the floor where everyone including children heard them. I know you cant control customers but employees can. I worked retail for over 30 years and no employee got away with being rude.

Employees making minimum wage and it shows! products made in China because of theyre peasant population ie; willingness to work for pennies and the stuff made by American companies becoming fewer and fewer because China dictates the price they purchase the stuff because of their large quantity buying power. its an absolute shame anybody shops at this place ! not good for the local economy even worse for a national economy. the prices are cheap but you get what you pay for America. Boycott Walmart Today !

I purchased an item online. When I picked it up, the department was complete chaos and I waited 30 minutes for them to locate my item. I received a survey and let them know what happened. The store called and left a message asking me to call back to talk about the situation. I just spent 9 minutes and 5 seconds on hold waiting for them to talk about their poor customer service. Not a great start to resolving your issues Walmart. This is why I am willing to pay a little more to shop at Target.
