**DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION** I absolutely love Nordstroms Rack..well until today. I spend over $5,000 a year between Nordstroms and Norstroms Rack every year. I get invited to private events, private showing on merchandise prior to it being released to the public, etc. I have come to this particular Nordstroms about 2 to 3 times a week literally since they opened since my kids are always growing out of their clothes so fast..I spend a lot with them to say the least. I have never had a problem with them since I never return anything; well today I tried to and it was a nightmare. I wasn;t even trying to return, I was trying to exchange. ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND NEVER WORN. I had a couple hundred dollars worth of clothes in my hand to purchase and my mother had bought my daughter some pants that were too small, so I tried to include this exchange in my new purchase (by the way it was a lousy $8) and they wouldnt do it! I gave them my moms email to look up the purchase and he said he would only look back 90 days. I told him it was about 4 months ago and he said no "our policies arent as friendly as Nordstroms". Well to be quite honest no one is talking about Nordstroms, and I would have been treated better by Walmart or Target. Through all the commotion the pants I was trying to return disappeared. The manager Chris couldnt find them. He could care less about his customers with the attitude he had. Its sad they treat people this way. Since they seemed to care so much about $8 I let them steal my pants that I tried to return, gave them back the $250 worth of clothes I was about to buy, and went to Old Navy next door to buy my daughter clothes. Very cute stuff in fact at WAY better prices. Enjoy my $8 pants................I do not recommend this Norstroms Rack, you are not treated with any worth whatsoever. And when I told the story to my mom she was sad because she lives down the street and goes here all the time, but says she will not step foot in there again either. Havent gotten a chance to tell my husband but Im positive he wont either. Loosing 3 life long customers over $8 seems unintelligent but regardless of my trying to speak to a manager (Chris) to resolve the issue, nothing was done. Very disappointed!!

This Nordstrom Rack location is part of the newly renovated portion behind cerritos Mall. Parking is decent. We usually park around back but there is also plenty of parking in front of Saks. Inside they have everything from Men, to Women, to Childens clothing. I picked up some shoes, a dress shirt and a tie for a wedding. The line was long up front but some of the staff were able to process me at their terminal separate from the cashiers. I did have to return the shoes though since the size was a bit smaller then what was comfortable. I was able to return the shoes (2) weeks later when I got around to finally making it on over. Their return policy is (90) days so i was totally fine.

Very clean Nordstrom Rack operated by very helpful and friendly staff. You can always find good deals on clothes that normally cost a lot; however, the variety of items is extremely limited! I walked in willing to spend $1,000 dollars but was only able to find $400 worth of merchandise I liked. Its a new location so hopefully inventory improves over time.

Another store. Some deals, you have to look for them or simply walk-in on the right day. Customer Service is ok, some think they can simply tell you want to do without a please and thank you, those learn the hard way. Nothing special. No real welcome by any employee from the moment you walk in.

One of my favorite places to shop for shoes. I always check the clearance section first to find the cheapest markdowns. Several times I found nice quality shoes under $20 marked for clearance. This included dress shoes and casual leather shoes.
