On 4/23/17 Not a good experience at all , as a first time guest at curaçao store this was the closest location for my wife and I. We were shopping for a laptop MacBook Air to be exact . We were trying to purchase it with credit .it was a process, we had to meet with 3 people before being sent to the finance section. We feel filled out the same application twice . the First Lady that served us asked from id to bank card info she ran the card which was very fishy. After all that Hassle we finally went to check the laptops out , we were approached by a gentleman who started to help us, when we told him what we wanted we followed him to his station were he would give us our total and what our monthly payments would be ... A $979.00 laptop ballooned to 1,780.00 for the total with a 100.00 deposit and 90.00 a month ..and he still had to talk to credit people after we went through a nightmare just to get to him . According to him we were saving a bunch well We didnt fall for his BS...we were not interested at all and took off ...after about 2hrs That same day we went to Best Buy saw the exact same laptop for 799.00 . All they needed was Id and social ...our total came out to 1,110.00 for the MacBook Air ..better faster service and truthfull people at Best Buy we were out of there within 30 min. Take some notes from Best Buy service !! Your people arent truthful and it seems like you all try to scam people .. I hope you guys didnt get any of my bank info when that lady ran my card !...

Esa Tienda es un Asco más el departamento de Cosméticos la manager de Cosméticos la más prepotente grosera poco profecional !!uno busca Ayuda y las trabajadoras les importa Estar más en su telfono ignoran al cliente pedimos hacer un pago y no nos hacen caso nos Atienden a la hora Que Quieren Están comiendo ,en su telf ,platicando ,y el Clienta ignorado !! yo voy a llamar dirrectamente a las oficinas Por qué mi hermana pidio ayuda a una Empleada para comprar algo y la empleada dijo como chinga esta vieja !! Cuando la Escuchamos si no la sacamos de los pelos Es por k tenemos Educación le dijimos a la manager y todo lo k hizo fue justificar a la empleada no recomiendo para nada está tienda Todo su personal es lo peor Que hay !!!

Worst place ever an just Liars and will tell you anything just to sell.. I bought a lg plasma TV 50 inch in 2012 I bought a 5-year warranty on it they gave me a booklet with a warranty card the booklet has a check mark on the 5-year warranty the person that sold me the TV supposably scanned in too the computer, charge me and I went on my way, now that my TV is broke it has sounds but no image 4 years after which is today 4/20/2016 try to take it back for the warranty , I show them the warranty card they gave me and they said that is not helpful and since I dont have an account with them they need an exact date I bought it and amount I paid. Which was cash with my ATM card and they said its going to be pretty hard to find any information, I told them what is the warranty you guys gave me then?, they said theres no information in the card even though it had marked down 5 years and the TV model number so I went back home looked at my statements and I found the exact date that I bought it.. now they telling me that it only has 3 year warranty an they cannot do anything about it anymore. .

Noles recomiendo sakar nada en esta tienda compre un televisor cuando llege a casa sake la tv dela caja la ensendi i la tv estaba kebrada imediata mente la llebe i me disen k tengo ke esperar 10 dias para ke agan el reporte aber si es daño d fabrica segun disen ellos ke pude aberla golpeado yo ..xke la caja no tiene golpes osea si la caja ubiese tenido un golpe imediatamente al berla nime la llebo es un asko esta tienda ponganse listos por ke ponen espesial d no tax pero te chingan d otras maneras

La tienda tiene variedad lo único es la política de venta y devolución yo compré una computadora y solo porqué no le agarre seguranzas me dieron solo 14 dias para devolver la computadora no es una compu usada es nueva pero me gustaria saber si es legal esto y la señora que me la vendió se mostró molesta porqué no tomé ninguna seguranzas lástima estan corriendo los clientes

I am here regularly, very great customer service, only thing that gets me very disappointed is that there is always only one person in the game section, and a big line. No one is willing to help them when there is like 5 people in line. Some employees when you are getting transactioned they start talking to each other which is very rude and also I dont like that I have to wait sometimes because a machine is not working or their printer is taking long to process or turn on. I feel like this place needs some new technology, or updated machines.

This is the worst store ever. They discriminate against Gays And Lesbian. I wanted to complain to the manager of this store becuase the Assistent Manager called me a "Fa*". The manager was never to be found. Ive called the store so many times. I went in person and no sign of him. I called the main office in Downtown Los Angeles. I try to talk to human resource, I left several messages and no reply. I dont what to put any legal actions. So if you are gay/lesbian/Bisex. Dont go to this store. You will get descrimanated.

The worst customer service I have seen. I have been on the phone for hours, trying to get somebody to fix my washer and they only transfer me and 10mins later I get disconnected. the Service people dont fix anything, the guy went to my house only LOOK at the washer and said, " sorry I cant fix it, I know whats wrong with it but I just Cant fix it" WHAT he didnt even touch the machine. Lazy people, if they dont like their job they should look for something they like. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store ever
