DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I came here on Dec 23rd to finish up my Christmas shopping and while I was in the store my car was towed. I was not warned or even told my car was towed if it had not been for another random couple in the parking lot I would never have known where my car was. I told the store what had happened and their response was oh yeah it happens all the time nothing we can do about it were not responsible for it. Apparently this Kmart allows public safety to patrol its lot and tow anyone. I had not had my tags put on yet and the public safety officer towed my car. Now I am 1200 in the hole and the city has made 300 out of it. I had to pay the city to release my car then pay the tow yard to release it and apparently after 72 hours they put a lean on your car raising your rates. All because I decide to shop here and had not revived my tags in the mail yet. Had the stupid officer bothered to run my vin he would have seen that everything was paid I was just waiting on tags. Oh and it wasnt just me that was towed 4 other cars were towed in the same hour as mine and when I went to get my things out of my car two others were there paying their fees for having their car towed from the same lot earlier that day. Kmart does not give a dam about anyone who loses their car. Their assumption was that because I was at their store shopping I must not have paid my car note. All my bills are paid in full and I have no parking tickets of any kind nor have I ever. Shop here at your own risk.

Has really bad service, the prices are really expensive and the employees there have really bad adittues. Some are nice and helpful while others are just rude. Either they dont talk to you or ignore you when you ask for help or when they do answer it seems like its a hard request for them. I went there for a Barbie half house and it was $45 I asked if that was the correct pricing and isted of checking or pretending to check the person on the floor said " is this where you got it?" I nodded and the person said " then thats the price." And another time I went in there I was looking for a play kitchen my daughters been asking foor, they had a few which were labed incorrectly. I found one that we both really liked for about $60 on the price lable when I took it to the price checker to make sure it was the price it was really $149. This place really needs to step up their game.

To think that growing up, Kmart was up there with Target... now, after going bankrupt, to see its stores in a state of "decay" is a little saddening. I went in today to return an item and was helped quickly and curiously. I then decided to take a walk around...rows of ceiling lights burnt out, empty shelves, three rows of merchandise for an "Electronics Department", and someone taking down shelves (for what I hope is to make room for Christmas stuff...but probably not)... :(

This store is absolutely the worst place possible to shop. They really need to do a management overhaul and focus on having people work, oppose to just having long lines while employees walk around doing nothing. They need to have all the closed cashiers booths opened, when there are 5 or more people in 1 line. I gave this place 1 star, and that was because they didnt tow my car. Lmao, this place is a joke

The parking lot is always full yet I wonder why people would even shop here. Even on a busy day only Two cashiers are open, they are the slowest and laziest bunch. The sloths from zootopia move faster than they do! It would be faster to drive to target Firestone, buy what I need and drove back to this location than it would be to check out from here directly.

Nice and quiet store, left alone and not asked every 10 minutes if you need assistance. The place does seem a bit run down and needing of a renovation but even then I dont think people would come there more often than the big chains. They also have less variety then bigger chains but still a ride variety. I do come here sometimes to explore

This place SUCKS And 99% of the staff is the most ignorant obnoxious non sociable people Ive ever met. Every so often theres a sweet old lady working there but i imagine she quits or asks for a transfer due to the GHETTO type atmosphere they have brought on this place. I only go there to in a last ditch effort or to get s good laugh lol

Its Okay. Most staff are helpful but there is not enough staff. The place itself I wouldnt say is the cleanest. But, I do love Kmart. They just lack in the amount of staff employed and the place could be a bit cleaner but thats about it. I myself continue to still shop there. They have good stuff and good deals.

Bad service! this store has a lot of products. But, unfortunately no one attended to us after going to them for assistance. They said they would call an associate but the associate did not come yet a group of associates were socializing on the floor. This happen twice in the span of being there for 15minutes.

A great place to find items without the long lines at target or Walmart. Their selection is not as good as Target or Walmart but because this place is more lowkey and if you are in the area and need something this place will do. Its pretty run down though and seem to attract similar crowds to it

My opinion! Is i think its getting ready to close the doors. I said to a worker. Whats going on in here looks like the amount merchandise is way less! Quit a few empty shelves. She said they havent told us anything! From the way she said it! Really made me think that thats whats happening.

This store as the slowest customer service I have ever experienced. I only shop here because I live in the apartment s next door. I am standing in line to buy one item, and I am timing the transaction s ahead of me at over 5 mins per customer. I literally hate being in this store.

Look like this place is run down. The staff seams helpful,but it would be nice to have a lil more of them. I walked in from the from and all the way to the back and only seen 4 people working. This place should be closed down or fixed up.

Worst Kmart Ive been too, I ordered an online item and when I went to pick it up and opened it I realized it was a returned item and parts were missing and now they are giving me a hard time having to return it. Dont shop online here.

Always a rundown store, but they had the recliner I wanted. Took a bit to get someone to fetch the product for me. The display was crowded and inaccessible. However, found the chair online and it was in stock.

Employees dont know if they will have a job tomorrow. Stuff ordered new ridiculous, nothing to urge me to shop. Prices getfing too high. Nobody avail. Without hard search. My guess...going out of business
