I rarely go to Pasadena, but I wanted to check this NR out to see if they had any Rebecca Minkoff bags. I was content to see ONE at this location even though I didnt buy it since it wasnt the style I was looking for. (So a Red Ostrich Beau shoulder bag is still hanging on the hanger if youre interested!) This was also the first 2 story NR Ive seen. The shoes are SO neatly organized upstairs and theyre in pairs! Not like the jumbled mess of single soles on the shelves like the Costa Mesa one. Overall very neat, clean, and a lot of selection. I saw really cute printed jeans but I wasnt going to drop down $90 for em. I never could find clothes that I deemed "worth it" to plop down a wad of cash for at a NR. Its always either been purse hunting, or their makeup deals for Urban Decay and Stila. Oh yea, and shoes. Its in a plaza where Old Navy, XI Clothing (kinda like a cheaper F21), Ross, Famous Footwear, Dick;s Sporting Goods are also at, so you can easily spend at least half a day here shopping :) I did end up buying a cute peach stone bracelet though!

omg! I am totally disapointed/frustrated! I am about to check out my 4 items. this guy Cashier with eyeglasses rang up my items and then voided them. I saw all my items price Tru the monitor. he ask another Sa to bring my item to the back telling me something wrong with my merchandise. he ask me to wait. ok. when he rang up my items again, they go higher price than it rings up before because they reticketed them in the back. I told him I saw him he voided my items and reticketed them but he said he didnt and keeps lying!!! its a california law that what ever price rang up, they have to sell and cant refuse. they cant reticketed it!

Always the best prices for shoes in my size (14) and also name brand (quality) dress clothes. Suzy the tailor in the dressing area is soooo awesome. Her attitude and experience says it all. Happy birthday (Jan 30th) to your youngest son BTW. Melissa was also extremely helpful and professional with me. I was there for about 2 hours trying on outfits and learning my sizes. She helped me choose color quality and style so I could hit the town HARD in Vegas tonight. Both of these ladies are exceptional assets to Nordstrom Rack and this location.

Each visit to this store has been a disappointment. Ive left each time feeling frustrated due to the terrible customer service. The sales associates are rude, condescending and ill-informed. I have abandoned my items multiple times because I do not want to reward poor behavior with my business. I will not return to this store and advise others to do the same.

no shopping carts available for children to sit in. if they are so clueless as to not have shopping carts available so people can shop with their children so they dont have to worry about them getting lost, then they dont deserve my business. i encourage every parent to buoycott until they become family-friendly.

A good place to shop for clothes IF youre a lady, they do have some nice selection but whenever I go there with my S.O. she usually finds something but they moved the bench form next to the fitting room so I have to go all the way to the escalator. TLDR great for the girls not so much for guys.

They were having a great sale. However, it was a bit disorganized. Clothes was pretty disorganized. The lines to try on clothes were long and the lines to pay were long. The staff was still very helpful and normally this store is not like this, and I know it is due to the sale so.

Very wide assortment of clothing here. Not everything is organized and some products are hard to find. The staff isnt as helpful as they should be. Checkout lines could be a bit faster, could be the customers fault, but we shouldnt have to wait that long.

Physically, not as big as others Ive been too, but it still has a lot of things. Because of that, its crowded and messy. Staff is quite busy and so, it was hard to get help. But the large selection of things to but was good.

I enjoy every visit to this Nordstrom Rack in Pasadena. I have come out with a purchase every time and have no problem with the customer service there. I have gone during the week and on weekends enjoying each visit.
