Todo está desordenado, la señora de el vestidor nunca me atendía con el número y estuve ahí como por 20 minutos, señora no tengo su tiempo me fui al comprar a el Khols además la ropa ahí está desordenada y es un completo desastre

Earlier today I went to the fitting room and my way out the same lady that helped me was so rude. She pulled the number of the the clothes I had to try out (that they give you once you entered) just because I didnt hear her , she was talking so low , that she got mad and started insult me . I just ignored her. Im never coming back here. And it happened few minutes ago!!!!

Dont tell anyone, but I come here to buy household items. Sometimes you can get a shelf for $5 good for years of use versus $80 for the same. Employees are helpful and quick to help out anyway they can. This Ross is one of the better ones around. Parking lot is spacious left from the former Safeway days.

Just because it is no longer christmas doesnt mean not to order anymore muchandise. There was no more perfume, no shoes, no jeans for women, no purses, and open up more lines. There was low shipment in the mens department as well. Please step it up.

Bad experience! Girl who worked in fitting room was extremely rude, treated me like I work for her yelled - "This is our rules you must put clothes on hangers "- my hands was full with clothes that I supposed to buy . Never will go back there!

A good experience overall. Clothes on racks are somewhat of a mess, but are generally in the correct places. Staff friendly and helpful. I have the feeling that Ross keeps staffing levels a little too low. Prices are good.

So much people 2 registers opened unprofessional dont know how to control a store. Store is so messy and is never clean they keep it even when you ask them to clean it, they dont listen.

The store was junky. We almost turned and walked out, one customer heard us talking and she said just get what you came here for and leave. We did just that.
