Where can u buy Levis for 16, drone w/HD cam, home sec system, himalayas sea salt, led night light for toilets, and Oakland Raiders 1 gallon jugs all in one place at 1115pm? Yup. And I got it for less!!! Derp derp derp!! 1 star off for being in Emeryville where the police followed me and unlawfully stopped me. (OK this isnt fair to you, Ill think on it) 1 star off for saying my card did not go through, trying 3 more times, setting fraud protection system off at bofa (yes possibly not your fault ) , but the transaction DID go through. So you took 78.84 from me, made by card inopperable, sold or took the items I bought, refused me a refund, and didnt have my purchased items. Last of each at your store..... thanks!

I have been coming to this store for more than 9 years,had mostly good experience. However Today were very ugly and very disrespectful experience when I tried to return merchdise ,the young store clerk kept on saying I am uncomfortable repeatedly.when I presented my receipt. The manager and un older celerk have intervene to save the day. The older clerk has to repeatedly to tell to this young clerk to shut her mouth,it was under presented experience

If you need a $3 hairbrush so bad, youll fistfight with other customers for it - then this is the Ross for you! The whole store is poorly organized, there is always a line of at least 20-30 people, and the staff just could not care less about being helpful. While shopping today I watched people literally break things, throw clothes on the ground, and almost start a fight in line. Never going back!

Its Ross. You never know what youre going to find here, but you know itll be reasonably priced, like the simple skirt suit I got for interviews. Ross in general is a good place to get discounted new Halloween costumes for kids (they rarely get adult costumes). FYI: Emeryville store merchandise often ends up a disorganized mess vs. the SF Market St store (is it just the customers in Emeryville?!).

This is my favorite place to shop for bargain clothes, shoes, and jewelry. I really enjoy the good customer service they provide here. It does get really busy here all the time, so just be prepared to wait in the long line. The store does get a little messy at times. TIP: Go in the mornings. They also have senior days, where seniors can get a 20% discount.

Selection was poor, they didnt have what i was looking for. I went to try on a pair of shorts and someone as pierced the tag through one of the waist strings so i couldnt even try it on. This place was a mess. that being said the security guard was nice and pleasant and greeted me kindly when i came in which was a nice experience.

Poor customer service the cashier, a man cashier was very rude he did not help me put my staff inside the plastic bag and was trying to move us away..it was not a pleasant experience.. think twice befor you go I just hope the managers can do a better training on customer service and hire diferent people.

We love Ross! Excellent selection. You have to hunt a bit, but you can usually find great deals here on a lot of stuff. Returns are pretty hassle-free, but remember to save your receipt, otherwise you will not get any credit.

Discounted everything good quality clothes plus skin and hair care products plus accessories and even stuff for dogs. Hard to find or discontinued items. Tuesday is senior discount day. My friends in NYC are jealous.
