I loved the old store. Now it is jam crowded, poorly laid out with loud music. Employees while friendly, a conversation revealed they did not know the products. All the mature knowledgable staff were gone. A sad demise. Ill stick to online I guess. I went next door to North Face, serenely laid out and easy to interact with product. Take a page.

I want to love this brand but I cant. Their fit us just all wrong for me. This location is great - very spacious and has a decent selection of clothing. The customer service is amazing here!

They have high quality outdoor gear, but kinda pricey. Their outlet store on the Eastside has better prices and often sales going on. But as for UW students I dont recommend this location.
