I love Ross no matter what city its in, but I cant help but notice two problems with all of them. You provide shopping carts and those large-sized handbaskets with wheels...But the aisles are so small, when someone passes through an aisle with a shopping cart, everyone else in the aisle is forced out. This happens frequently. Even the handbaskets are too big. I would suggest that Ross expand its aisles in the entire chain. The other problem is that many clothing items have seams that unravel right away. Other than that, great store. I always find luxury brands in Ross at 75-80% off MSRP. Its a great place to get handbags and designer dresses.

This store shouldnt even receive a star rating. This store is HORRIBLE and is super RUDE!!!!! Never coming back again and I dont recommend this store in Vallejo to anyone. You will waste your money on them. Stay away. Everyone who works there should be fired. They dont care about helping others and they called my father a liar. The one in Gilory is so much better and nicer. Please read and listen to me.

I Personally Think Ross Is A Good Place To Go To Because I Was Here Earlier Today & The Security & Employees Seem Very Friendly & Helpful I Gave 4/5 Stars Because The Isles Are To Small & The Other Person Around Some Are Really Rude & Over-React Sometimes But Besides Those Type Of People There Ross Is Legit I Love How Its Less Expensive Than Other Stores

Wider selection of items compared to Fairfield and Vacaville. There is better stuff here but there is less of it. Also, the sections get disorganized so you have to be invested in finding legit pieces.

Ross is a very good place to shop you can find great deals on home decore or clothing handbags shoes what ever your looking for. The only complaint anyone has is hardly no cahiers long lines.
