Not even sure if I can give this a one-star - thats generous! They have a completely psycho cashier working there. Put down my merchandise to get it checked out when the previous guy is finished and the cashier named Kaela said I assaulted the guy when I put down my merchandise before he picked up his. WTF? Then, she went on to say something about oh now you want to kill him. What? OK! Left everything and went out the door. The last thing I want is for psycho Kaela to get a hold of my credit card. They should do background checks on these people before hiring them. No wonder the store was almost empty on Labor Day, no less! Yep, I can better spend my $200 somewhere that dont have cashiers muttering psycho remarks at me. Dont need to bring my business where they hire psycho cashiers.

ec plaza ross is ya know, crap. like most other ross stores in area its mostly womens clothing, iphone accessories, & various athletic cleats in off sizes all still slightly overpriced. its annoying to even go in bc you have to be greeted by about 3 security guards ,sometimes even multiple times. its funny they employ 3 security guards bc theres nothing inside worth stealing.

Review as of 12/2015. not half bad. Has good prices and employees are good for the most part. And the chairs are close to the changing area so someone can wait while the other is trying on clothes. Long lines half of the time do weigh the score down. PROTIP: always have the receipt AND price tag as well when returning. Having said that, its still worth going to often.

Employees dont seem to care about customers, its messy, there is always a long line and its like the grocery store: if youre in a slow one, youre screwed. Marshalls and TJ Maxx are infinitely better - better employees, better stores, better and faster checkout. Only gets 2 stars for decent selection and great prices.

It is a pretty good Ross store, as Ross stores go. They do constantly tidy their racks, which is a really nice touch for a Ross store. The security people are always friendly; less so the staff but they are willing to help when you approach them. It has the prices which you would expect a Ross store to have!

This ross store is big and they always have good stuff everytime I shop there. I enjoy this one because its never too busy so you can enjoy walking around and find some good buys.

Ross is what it is. Amazing deals can be found here if you hunt for them. Just keep in mind they might not always have quite what youre looking for. Staff was friendly though!

Its a decent place to shop. You have a random but exciting assortment of different clothing, furniture, etc... its your typical Ross.
