First of all, the merchandise itself it beautiful work out and lounge gear. You look chic, fit, and put together for quite a reasonable price. Second, the service is second to none. At the store itself, you never have to wait for service and the employees ask your name and keep you well looked after until you leave. Also, I got a pair of pants one day that was too long and needed to be hemmed, which I found out is complementary. However, the bus ride is 50 minutes from where I live and they dont ship, and it was a bit difficult to work out a 2 hour trip for some pants, so they offered to deliver them to me in person! Unbelievable! I highly recommend this store for all of your workout/loungewear/outerwear needs.

I received above par customer service I have ever received anywhere from a sales associate, Katie. I had a pair of pants on hold which by accident they sold. I had done everything on my part so that the hold will stay. I live far away and when Icame to pick up the pants, they realized their error, that they had sold the pants. Katies compassion and handling of the situation speaks volumes about her professionalism and outstanding customer service. I will forever be a fan of U village Lulu Lemon. She made a tough situation turn into a great experience.

Was one of the first customers of Lululemon. Even tried to open the first store in the states. Been to this shop numerous times and found there to be a wider selection of athletic attire and also more casual clothing. They have always had great quality and durability but seen their prices triple and quadruple in some cases. Have opted for the comparable Nike line which can be had for half the price. If you are looking for Lululemon, Id recommend waiting until their yearly warehouse sale.

Good size store with decent selection. I love how long lasting my clothes last from here. I also learned that they have a recycle program for old Lululemon products where they either replace/refund and/or help you pick up products. I like that they are working on more sustainable mission. I always had great service here. There are also mark down products through the year. They have 3 big sales per year. I like their designs and my bags from them last even after 8 years of use.

VERY IMPRESSED! the store sucked me in with their bright colors and aura of the store outside. the sales rep was so upbeat and informative. She got me very stoked on the brand and even though i couldnt buy anything that day..she planted the seed in me and even gave me a free reusable tote bag. stoked on lululemon!

Wonderful staff here. Never have I had an issue and the free hemming they offer is a Godsend to someone short like myself. Lululemon in the U Village has become a common shopping destination for me when I want something new to wear.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN. The women was rude and uneducated about how to treat costomers. Ashley was her name. I will never go to lulu again and plan to tell all my lulu friends about what happened.
