I am wanting to respond to Mandys review....You say that the Puyallup store is the worst Ross you have been to, well let me tell you a few things. I have worked in the stockroom at that Ross and disagree totally....You say that the employees take up all the space putting out the clothes....well if we didnt put out these items you wouldnt have anything to buy....The cosmetics are a disaster because people like you dont put your crap back where you found it...we organize all that stuff EVERY day and for some reason customers think that it is our fault. It is YOUR fault. You can complain about it all you want but until you come in and see what we have to deal with then you can go ahead and post something nasty. Customers are the MAIN reason we cant keep things organized. I cant count how many times I have organized the shoes only to come back 30 minutes later to witness a CUSTOMER trying on 20 pairs of shoes, then walking away and leaving it there. Same thing with the artwork and furniture. If people would learn to pick up after yourselves you would have a pleasant experience. I cant tell you how gross it is to witness people putting their food trash on the shelves or how many half empty coffee cups I pick up everyday. We ARE NOT employed to be your maid but yet we get all the trash talk....I have been to other Ross stores only to get a nasty greeting and not so much as a hello from anyone....I always get acknowledged at the Puyallup Ross. Not only do I think we are the best but we have been rated as THE BEST by the entire Ross company...I love this location....

Decent stuff. Moderately clean. Theyre always pretty well stocked. Some days, theyre practically stuffed and theres a plethora of random things to look at/purchase. Mostly things you never knew you wanted/probably dont need. Ross is a great place, in general, to shop for holidays and gifts, etc. So thats a plus. However, I have been to many a Ross within a 50 mile radius. I travel often due to having many different side jobs, aside from my f/t. I wander around places like Ross between jobs. Puyallup has two Ross stores ~ ones considered more to be "south hill". This one is closer to the mall. And though it has a lot to choose from, it is, singlehandedly, my second least favorite, amongst about 10 other stores. (Lakewood takes the cake for spot #1...) The customer service here - is embarrassing, to say the least. Its the type of store that MAKES SURE you KNOW that they are closing in 1 hr... 45 minutes.. 30...25...15...10...5... granted, I know they are dying to go home by the end of the day.... but get real. How often can a store close 5-10 minutes early, and act as if its your fault, for not knowing...? I was in there, just last week, end of my work day, grabbing a couple pairs of slacks. At 1050, they yelled to the back of the store, {as I am walking TOWARD the front} - (opted out of the intercom because I was the only one there..) "uh maam were closed. Time for you to go." Wow... alright..thats fine.. I get up to the register, for the cashier to say, "oh, yeah sorry. I already closed out my till. Were closed. Youll have to come back, I guess."

The check out "ladies" are always pretending to be busy doing something except serving you the customer; while you waiting patiently in line to be served; the "ladies" are busy ignoring you and not putting their customers first, by not doing their job! It always looks like they have a personal problem with the people that look beautiful; its as if they have no self esteem and treating their customers terribly makes them feel better! It seems that they are very uneducated, and they need their management to pay for some customer service skills courses because they have NONE!! Sad to say, but... Beware of this store!!!!

I never find anything here. Luckily I find good gifts for holidays etc.. My husband loves it here. I have had bad service from the try on room staff. Or whatever there position is called. If someone doesnt ask for your opinion do yourself a favor and dont give it. I had to call and complain to a manager about something that happened. The upfront staff dont seem to friendly but I can deal with that. Just could be better customer service. Wish I could find more things..

I love shopping at Ross for anything, great prices in woman clothes shoes etc. my only problem is finding regular mens clothes. They do not carry too many choices. All the youth and mens clothes are mixed together so it makes it hard to find what your looking for. To me thats lazy and they need to fix it. Went to the other location it was the same problem. So I hope they read these reviews and create a solution to fix this.

Ive been to all the local Ross stores from Aberdeen to Seattle, and this one is my favorite. They always seem to be stocked with plenty to choose from. All Ross (and other discount stores) are always unorganized, but you know that before you go. Ive always been greeted when i arrive, and over all like shopping here.

You never know what they will have in stock but I have been able to find just what I was looking for on many occasions for a deep discount. I always check here before paying retail price for anything.

Its a discount store with name brands. Its clean albeit by the end of a busy day the racks are a bit disorganized. Its never to crowded and the prices are right.

A Wide selection paired with great prices makes Ross worth visiting. Although, its very disorganized and messy.
