Dearl Old Navy is confusing to see what time you open your store and see your schedule is next to the sentence Childrens Clothing Store which makes me think only the children area is open or may be there is a childrens clothing store that will be only open is confusing. You guys should say only Old Navy Hours. Also on line you posted that on Sundays you closed at 8pm and on the phone you said you closed at 7pm but somebody on the phone told me you guys closed on Sundays at 7pm. Im just giving you a constructive comment to make costumers less confuse. A costumer like me. Thank you for your time.

Really bad bad bad customers service. The first time we bought some from old navy but left without receipt because the cash register had broken and we paid in cash. After that they did not analogize for the inconvenience instead their cashier called me and asked me bring all purchased items back to the stores to let them recreate a transaction. The male cashier said " this is your problem because without those tags we unable to recreate a transaction instead of our problem". Rude rude rude will told everyone against old navy

Rude staff. No greeting. They left me standing there while they walked away from the register and pretended to be doing other things. Three people behind the register, only me in line and nobody wanted to help me. I only had one small item to ring up. They did not greet me, and they did not say goodbye I had to say goodbye and tell them to have a nice day. This occurred on June 7th, 2017. On a lighter note, the store was clean, but not exceptionally well stocked.

Rude and uncaring staff. They encourage you to sign up for rewards program and they have no way to pull up your rewards when you need them. You need to pull up your own rewards on your phone, and when you do so their site is not working. For that their reaction is "Sorry". I give 2 stars for the few happy faces I have seen there before today. I will avoid this store as far as possible and instead go to bigger and better store probably northgate.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Rainier the cashier was rolling her eyes, had no clue of sale items or anything in the store when we questioned the sale she got very rude. Manager Ashley rolled her eyes as she walked away. Our purchase was over $300. The sale we were questioning said ALL outerwear 50% off (pictures to prove). Will be taking this up to corporate.

Super great, super large Old Navy right in downtown seattle. I appreciated being able to come here for some great pants that fit when we were attending PAX. For whatever reason the clothes I had brought with me were just super annoying and uncomfortable. I was able to whip in and pick up a few pairs of comfy pants so that I wasnt so uncomfy waiting in lines all day long.

Service was poor and 2 sales staff kept trying to get me to apply for the old navy credit card that I told both of them I was not interested in but they presisted. I will not return to that store.

Great location. Good selection of cheap clothing. Sometimes theres a bit too much to choose from. Staff can be a bit young/immature and not overly helpful. But much better than the GAP next door.

Huge store, on multiple levels. Clothes are affordable with a big variety. Lot of USA clothe for kid. Also, if you are looking for something for your kid for the 4th of July you will be serve.

Earlier there used to be a full floor for mens department. This time when I went mens department shrink to a small corner. The selection and items were also very limited.

The staff was okay, the quality of the product is about usual for Old Navy standards. The line was extremely long and I waited over 22 minutes just to purchase one item.
