I had a terrible experience. Just buy online save yourself the incompetence of the cashiers. I purchased a few outfits on a Friday. Returned the pants I DIDNT wear to exchange for another size. I was accused of wearing them... which I didnt, I kept the snugger ones I wore at home... because I already wore them. Apparently the lady who rang me up Friday did the sale / discounts incorrectly and that made the new cashier upset.. which I understand but I do not know how they do their sales / ring ups ect. I used a 25% off coupon on one of the items I was returning (not exchanging); I decided to purchase another pair of pants and return a jacket I purchased with the 25% off. Blah blah blah... the manager approved to use the 20% off coupon on new pants since I was returning the coupon-ed item. ( I originally used a 25% off and not a 20% but whatever- Ill take the 20%) The sales lady (not manager) was snide and making comments under her breath- that I cant reuse coupons, saying Im double dipping, and blaming me for the issues with ringing up product incorrectly. I ended up paying MORE of less items after my returns and asked to look at the receipt with her. She rang me up incorrect- gave me 20% off of the clearance item which was buy one get one 50%... when I asked about it after I was rang up- Essentially NOT using the coupon and giving me 20% off a BOGO item meant to be 50%. I asked if I grabbed the wrong clearance item she said no.. and I asked about the discount she then blamed me AGAIN.. saying I threw her off trying to reuse my coupon earlier and she forgot about the sale. She didnt know what I wanted from HER. I ended up trying to break down the receipt behind the counter with her showing her the returns vs the new purchases. She continued to be rude and insulting. I was calm until she made yet another comment about the 20% coupon.--- then I told her keep my money- Ill pay the extra she needed to learn some customer service skills- I genuinely thanked the supervisor /lead for trying to work w/ me and showing the cashier how to punch stuff in. Needless to say- Ill go there to try stuff on and order online. I have never had such rude service.

Ive been here a few times and its a moderately sized store with fair selection of scrubs. They didnt have the "husky purple" color of scrubs I needed for nursing school in store, but they ordered them and I picked them up a few days later. Clerks always seem pleasant and helpful to me.

Been in there twice so far and the ladies are so welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very petite and so happy to finally find a brand, style and fabric that fits me perfectly. Thank you ladies for making my shopping fun and exciting.

Slightly irritated that Ive had to call 3 times to ask where my scrubs are that I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Last week they promised they would arrive "sometime" that week. Over a week later, still waiting.
