Very poor customer service I will rate it 0. Just had the worst experience ever at the store. I brought the baby shoes back, which were barely worn but was falling apart already. I paid 13$ and expected them to last longer. (Yes-infant shoe for the baby who does not walk yet just to keep his feet warm.) The Manager Names ALEX was very rude. He refused to take the product back. I had the receipt with the date where in showed that the shoe was purchased 3 days ego. He was really rude and disrespectful his words: “ Mam those shoes look like they were worn longer than they appear” Me: Here is a receipt look at the date … Alex store manager “ I see the date Mam but those shoes do not look like they were worn for that period of time..” Me “ Are you accusing me on lying? Alex store manager: Mam those shoes are worn and I am not taking them back Me: I need your supervisor Alex: I cannot provide you with this information Me: Are you serious? Alex: Mam you are holding the line can you please leave now you can call company And complain here is my name and so on…… I left the store with a very angry mood not because I could not return the shoe but because of the attitude and unprofessional treatment I was given during my time being there. Never ever going back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am not talking about long lines at the registry it is another awful story!!!!!!!!

Very disorganized which made it hard to find things. Then once you found clothes the dressing rooms were 30+ minute wait times. The checkout stands were the same way there was one cashier and 11 people waiting in line, it took forever. Definitely wont go there again.

Couldnt use a coupon because the website wouldnt load, so she didnt even let me have it..most places if you know exactly what coupon they give it to you. Not that big of a deal.

Like this location and the clothes they carry, but Im going to continue shopping in Bellevue since they dont have maternity clothes anymore. I was really disappointed.

Always a very, very long LONG long line. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes every time you go. Except maybe 5 minutes after they open in the morning.

This site has really cute childrens clothes. Its usually very crowded, and the waits for fitting rooms and check-out are long, though.
